Conditions of Release. 1. The Securities were issued by the Issuer to the Security Holders in consideration for the acquisition by the Issuer of [describe assets] (the “Assets”).
Conditions of Release. As a condition for the use of release time under Section 6.1 12 hereof, the Union representative shall provide a written request to the Chief, in advance of the date 13 upon which he or his designee desires, to utilize any release time. 14
Conditions of Release. Any release, discharge or settlement under this Deed shall be conditional upon no security, disposition or payment of any principal and interest or other money by the Chargor or any other person being avoided, reduced or repaid for any reason and if such condition is not fulfilled, the Security Trustee shall be entitled to enforce this Deed as if such release, discharge or settlement had not occurred.
Conditions of Release. The replacement fee for the recruitment of a teacher shall be assessed according to the following schedule. The Board of Education reserves the right to forgive the scheduled assessment. Date for Request for Release Replacement Fee From 14 calendar days after the 3rd Friday in May as identified in K.S.A. 72-5437 – June 15th $250.00 June 16 - July 4 $1,000.00 July 5 - Completion of the school year $2,500.00 A teacher who agrees to complete the 1st semester teaching duties and is unable to fulfill the 2nd semester duties; fee will be dropped to $1,250 if notice is given by November 1st.
Conditions of Release. 1. We may be released from this guarantee only with the Commission’s written consent and do not have the right of deposit without its consent.

Conditions of Release. As a condition for the use of release time under the above Section 5.4, the Bargaining Unit Chairman shall provide a written request to the Sheriff at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the date when the member(s) desires to utilize any release time in excess of two (2) hours. The Chairman shall notify the shift supervisor at least two (2) hours in advance when members desire to utilize any release time up to two (2) hours. Every attempt should be made to avoid overtime for union release time. None of the Union activities under Article 5 shall be conducted on Sheriff paid overtime, nor if Sheriff paid overtime hours are required to fill the vacancy of the Bargaining Unit Chairman unless first approved by the Sheriff.
Conditions of Release. As a condition for the use of release time under this Article, the employee representative shall provide a written request to the Chief of Police at least five (5) days in advance of the date upon which the employee representative or the representative’s designee desires to utilize any release time in excess of two (2) hours. During the representative’s term of office, the employee representative shall continue to be required to report daily to the employee’s supervisor at the assigned shift starting time, unless waived by the Employer for a given occurrence of absence, and the employee shall be required to apprise the supervisor of the employee’s whereabouts at all working times while the employee is performing the duties allowed by this Article. During such service in this post, the Lodge Official shall continue the entitlement to wages, fringe benefits, seniority accrual, and all other benefits allowed a bargaining unit member as though the bargaining unit member were at all times performing the job-related duties. The Lodge Official will be required to drop or forego any of the activities allowed by this Section, upon the direction of the Lodge Official’s supervisor, for the purpose of assisting in emergency police work. But for an emergency situation, sufficient time to perform Lodge functions will not be unreasonably limited by the Administration or supervisor nor will the Lodge Official devote unnecessary City paid time to these functions. None of the duties of the Lodge Official herein described may be conducted on City paid overtime hours, nor shall they be conducted if City paid overtime hours is required to fill the vacancy.
Conditions of Release. During his/her term in office, the Labor Council official shall continue to be required to report daily to the supervisor at the start of his/her assigned shift. The Union official shall be required to apprise the supervisor of his/her whereabouts at all working times while performing the duties allowed by this Article. The Bargaining Committee Chair and/or the alternate may be granted time off, with notice to the supervisor, to attend Labor Council related activities which can only be performed during normal work hours. Any Labor Council activity, which can reasonably be expected to be performed during non-work hours shall be performed during non-work hours. Abuse of granted time off may be subject to disciplinary action. Withholding of requested time off shall automatically extend any time limits affected by an equivalent period of time. The Labor Council official will be required to cease or forego any of the activities allowed by this Article, upon the direction of his supervisor, for the purpose of assisting in emergency conditions. Except for an emergency situation, sufficient time to perform Labor Council business will not be unreasonably limited by the supervisor or the Employer, nor will the Labor Council official devote unnecessary Employer-paid time to these functions. None of the duties of the Labor Council official described in this Agreement may be conducted on Employer-paid overtime hours. In the absence of the highest ranking Member of the Bargaining Unit, the designated alternate shall be entitled to all privileges set out in this Section. The Labor Council will notify the Employer, in writing, of the names of all representatives of the Bargaining Unit and any changes which may occur.
Conditions of Release. The Parties hereby agree that the covenants and agreements of the Parties set forth in Sections 1 and 2 above are expressly conditioned upon, and shall only become effective upon, the prior satisfaction of each of the following conditions:
