Coordinated Services. The Professional Services Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that all Services be coordinated, including services provided by Princeton University. The Professional Services Contractor shall coordinate the services of its architects, engineers, and other subconsultants and subcontractors. The Professional Services Contractor shall review and check all drawings and specifications prepared by architects, engineers, and other subconsultants or subcontractors, and shall make modifications as necessary, to assure that they are integrated into a coordinated and complete set of documents prior to each submission. In addition, the Professional Services Contractor shall coordinate its Services with services provided by Princeton University and/or other firms engaged by Princeton University to perform services on the project.

Coordinated Services. The Design Builder acknowledges that it is essential that all Design Services in connection with the Project be coordinated, including services provided by Princeton University. The Design Builder shall cause the Design Professional to: (i) coordinate the services of all Design Professionals on the Project, including Design Professional Basic Subconsultants and Design Professional Specialized Subconsultants for the Project; (ii) review and check all Drawings and Specifications prepared by any Design Professionals, including Design Professional Basic Subconsultants and Design Professional Specialized Subconsultants for the Project; and (iii) make modifications to Drawings and Specifications as necessary, to assure that they are integrated into a coordinated and complete set of documents prior to each submission. In addition, the Design Builder and Design Professional shall coordinate the Design Services required of Design Builder under this Contract with services provided by Princeton University and Princeton University’s consultants and/or in-house personnel.

Related to Coordinated Services

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
