Coordinator’s Role. The Coordinator shall be responsible for chairing the General Assembly and taking all actions to enable proper decision making by this decision body. The Coordinator will: - be single contact point to the QuantERA coordinator not to each funding agency. He will send a copy of the amending letter to each participant who will send a copy to his funding agency - be the single point of contact between the National funding bodies and the Participants in case of requiring a grant extension or scientific/managerial modifications; - ensure the role of supervision of the Project workflow with the help of WP leaders; - compile and submit the common reports/deliverables of the overall Project to the National funding bodies. The Coordinator will not be responsible for the financial management of research funding, which will be handled directly between each Participant and its National funding body in each participating country. The Coordinator shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in this Agreement. The Coordinator has also the following duties: - he sends correspondence of joint interest to the other Participants within a reasonable timeframe so as to ensure the Project’s due and proper progress; - he organises and chair meetings of the SteeringCommittee, and team's meetings and prepares the minutes of the meetings; - he implements the Steering Committee’s policy with respect to scientific direction, coherence, and cooperation between the WPs, in cooperation with the WP leaders - he monitors the compliance by the Participants with their obligations; - he monitors the scientific progress and be alert for contingencies that may impede progress and take the necessary steps to avoid these contingencies, in cooperation with the WP leaders - he manages the dissemination of project results;he centralises the Participants interim reports and provide a scientific progress report on each 18 month period of the project which includes a Data Management Plan (DMP). The reports must be sent to the QUANTERA JCS within two months after the end of each period; he provides financial reports on demand of the own National Funding Agency. - he sends requests for changes to the own National Funding Agency and QUANTERA Joint Call Secretary; - he advises the own National funding bodies and QUANTERA Joint Call Secretariat of any problems in implementing the Project, in particular, when a Participant decides to terminate their share of the Work for which it is responsible for or...

Coordinator’s Role. The Coordinator’s role includes the administrative and financial aspects consistent with the EC GA and Regulation. It consists of: i) Receiving all payments made by the Commission for the Network of Excellence. ii) Collecting the Forms A for Beneficiaries’ accession to the EC GA, and forwarding them to the Commission. iii) Dispatching EC Contribution according to explicit decisions taken by the Executive Management Board, in compliance with the EC GA, the Consortium Agreement, and decisions of the Strategic Management Board. iv) Periodic reporting to the Commission and to the Strategic Management Board, on the consumption of the EC Contribution. The reporting period is every 12 months, as requested by the Commission. v) Keeping appropriate account of all financial transactions concerning EC funds in such form that the competent bodies and Beneficiaries may be kept up to date on its distribution; vi) Negotiating with the Commission in collaboration with the Scientific Coordinator and the Technical Coordinator. vii) Submitting Reports and Deliverables to the Commission prepared and delivered by the Network’s competent bodies; viii) According to rules agreed by the Strategic Management Board, withholding the advance payments and transferring sums allocated among the Beneficiaries as per the Budget validated in the General Assembly and keeping related records identifying what portion of the payments made by the Commission has been allocated and/or paid to each Beneficiary. ix) Collecting annually, by mail and electronic means, Forms C and certificates on the financial statements attached to, from each Beneficiary in order to prepare the annual financial reports to be submitted to the Strategic Management Board for validation, before sending them to the Commission. x) Preparing annual financial report on basis of information provided by the Beneficiaries, via the Clusters. xi) Participating with the Scientific Coordinator and Technical Coordinator in preparing any amendments to the Consortium Agreement and/or GA. Should any deviations from the overall work plan and schedule occur, the project coordinator shall bring them to the attention of the Participants at the earliest possible opportunity and propose measures to overcome the difficulties which have emerged; - he centralises the Participants interim reports and forwards them together with a summary, every 6 month to share the work package activities; - within two months of the Project’s expiry date, he shall send a single final report listing all the results achieved to COII and all participants; - he sends requests for changes to the Project to COII and all participants; - he advises CO II of any problems in implementing the Project, in particular, when a Participant decides to terminate their share of the Work for which it is responsible for or when the Participants request another Participant’s involvement in the Project. - he or his representative shall prepare the meetings that are necessary to execute the overall work plan and schedule, send out the invitations plus agenda with an appropriate period of notice, chair the meetings and assume responsibility for taking and distributing the minutes. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder is the Citywide Landscape Maintenance. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in Xxxxxxx County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5
