Customer Training. Rolls-Royce provides training courses in the operation and maintenance of Engines at one of the following locations: the Rolls-Royce Training Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA; Rolls-Royce’s training facilities in Derby, England UK; or the Rolls-Royce/CASC training centre in Tianjin, China in accordance with a schedule published by Rolls-Royce. Rolls-Royce’s training for the Engine comprises levels I through levels IV in accordance with the ATA Specifications and details as published by Rolls-Royce from time to time. The following general provisions apply to training: [*]
Customer Training. 8.1 IAE shall provide, subject to availability, Spirit ***** formal training programs covering courses ***** for a maximum of ***** for qualified Spirit personnel (of which ***** have been used as of the date of this Side Letter No. 1), for a period of ***** from entry-into-service of the first Aircraft, for so long as Spirit operates one or more Aircraft in commercial service.
Customer Training. KPMG may train customers for solutions for profit on discounted equipment in the Solutions Centers; provided however that such training shall not compete with Cisco Partner Training offered by Cisco's World Wide Training organization except as specifically authorized by Cisco.
Customer Training. During the Term the Company and Distributor will be the exclusive providers of any and all training services to be provided to Distributor’s Customers with respect to the Products as part of the Distributor Services; provided, however, the Company may have third parties provide such services provided that Distributor consents thereto. In the event that Distributor objects to any such third party, Distributor shall meet and confer regarding such objection. The Company will determine the curriculae for all Customer training programs. The Company shall provide to each Customer, at no charge, a one half ( 1/2) day in-office training session following each purchase of a System; provided, however, it is the intent of the parties that over time Distributor shall learn how to provide such training and responsibility to provide such training shall thereupon be transferred to Distributor. In addition, the Distributor shall schedule any additional basic or advanced customer training with an approved Company training course to the extent the Company in its sole and absolute discretion determines to offer such training. Distributor shall use reasonable efforts to require all Customers purchasing a Waterlase YSGG, Waterlase MD or **** to also purchase simultaneously a Certification Training Course, and Distributor shall use reasonable efforts to require that said Customers successfully complete the Certification Training Course no later than **** from the date of System purchase. Set forth on Exhibit A is a list of the various customer training courses offered by the Company and the applicable pricing thereof, as of the Effective Date. All training services provided by the Company pursuant to this Section 5.11 shall be for and on behalf of the Distributor and Distributor shall for all purposes be the contracting party with the Customer. The foregoing in-office training sessions shall be provided by the Company without additional compensation and Distributor shall compensate the Company as set forth in Sections 2.4 and 2.5 hereof.
Customer Training. As part of the installation of the System, Customer is required to designate to FPL in the Attachment 2, Scope or Work, a certified and licensed person who teaches at the Location along with a Customer facility’s representative that shall be made available to attend educational training related to the System and solar energy technology. FPL agrees to provide for the following reimbursements costs (the “Reimbursement Expenses”) as a result of such mandatory training: (i) Customer’s designated teacher and facility representative’s direct expenses paid by such persons for travel to and from the FPL designated training site; (ii) Customer’s designated teacher and facility representative’s direct expenses paid by such persons for meals and lodging to and from the FPL designated training site; and
Customer Training. Upon completion of the system/Work, and only if Customer is physically present at such time, Contractor shall demonstrate the system/Work and train the Customer on how to use the system/Work at no additional cost to Customer. If Customer is not available or physically present upon completion of the installation of the system/Work, Contractor has no obligation to train Customer; however, in such event, Customer may still receive training at a later time by either, (a) paying $150 for an onsite, in-person training by Contractor, or (b) scheduling a demo and training at a Contractor showroom at no additional cost.
Customer Training. Contractors will provide training to Customers for all widely used (i.e. Office Professional) Microsoft software and services. Training may be offered in any of the following formats: • Web-based; • Tutorials; • Documentation; • Classroom setting; and • Classroom settings that can also be broadcast to other agency/OEU offices throughout the state and that may be recorded for future playback.

Customer Training. Training is done in four parts; Instructional session, Antenna System session, Practical session, and a follow-on Practical Session for WV-2 functionality. Table 7 in the Deliverables Section provides a list of topics, basic description of the topic and approximate duration for each topic. The first part is instructional training conducted by MDA and takes place at the MDA facility prior to the completion of DAF installation. Up to ten trainees may attend the sessions except the overview and WV-2 upgrade training sessions may have up to 25 attendees. Instructional training is classroom style geared toward familiarizing Customer and the End-User with the DAF components and systems, followed by a review of the operations procedures, maintenance procedures, and help desk procedures. The second part is antenna system training conducted by the antenna supplier and takes place at the End-User DAF facility after the completion of the antenna system acceptance test. Up to ten trainees will attend. Antenna system training is both classroom and hands-on style geared toward familiarizing Customer and the End-User with the antenna system, followed by a review of the operations procedures and maintenance procedures. The third part is practical training and takes place at the End-User DAF facility after the completion of DAF SAT. Up to ten trainees will attend the session. Practical training is hands-on style geared toward practicing the use of the DAF systems. Training is conducted on the installed DAF, including the antenna, for all operational functions of the DAF. Live satellite downlinks and communication channels with DigitalGlobe will be used. Upon completion of the Training and all Acceptance Tests, DigitalGlobe will lead a Site Operational Readiness Review (SORR) with Customer and the End-User and with support from MDA. Site Operational Readiness is declared when the DAF and End-User operators are declared ready for full operations. In support of SORR, MDA will provide DAF SAT results and system training certificates.
