Delivery, Installation and Removal. (a) The Company will arrange delivery of the Equipment to the Site and will install the Equipment as far as possible in accordance with the Hirer’s sketch plan or verbal directions. The Hirer acknowledges that the Company may need to alter the position of the Equipment to accommodate services to the Site or other obstacles.

Delivery, Installation and Removal. 6.1 The Equipment is hired to the delivery address advised by the Hirer and is not transferable to any other site or Hirer. The Hirer shall be required to inspect the Equipment as soon as practicable after it is delivered and to immediately notify the Owner (by facsimile or email) of any objection to or defect in the quantity or the type of Equipment supplied within twenty-four (24) hours of the Owner attending the Hirer’s site. The Hirer’s failure to report any discrepancies in the quantity or type of Equipment supplied or the condition of the Equipment, shall constitute deemed acceptance that the quantity and type and condition of the Equipment has been supplied in accordance with the Owner’s Installation Docket and shall be conclusive and irrefutable evidence of the information recorded therein and may be produced by the Owner as evidence in order to enforce its rights under this Agreement.
Delivery, Installation and Removal. IMI (in association with HOST and shipment carrier) agree to provide, oversee, and deliver, unpack, install, repack and remove TUT to and from exhibition site as outlined in ITEM 1 (DATES and VENUES) and ITEM 11 (SHIPPING). Removal of TUT by IMI will take place on the last day of exhibition immediately after closing hour and continue throughout the following days as necessary to prepare shipment for delivery to next destination. IMI reserves the right to omit, add to, or replace any TUT item.

Delivery, Installation and Removal. Upon receipt of a fully executed contract, the Contractor will arrange to deliver all units based on Rental Periods listed in Section C. The Contractor will verbally notify the CDFW Contract Manager by telephone at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to any Contractor-initiated delivery, removal, transfer, or new delivery of any units. The Contractor will install all portable toilet units securely to the ground with stakes, or as agreed upon by the CDFW Contractor Manager and Contractor, to prevent tipping due to high winds or vandalism. Installation will include setup of all required items (e.g., toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.) in order to render the unit ready for immediate use.
