Design Phase and Plan Development Services. The ENGINEER shall prepare and submit to the OWNER plan submittals and special provisions, in accordance with City Standards and Guidelines, the Indiana Department of Transportation’s Indiana Design Manual, and the Public Rights-Of-Way Accessibility Guidelines, for use in public involvement and OWNER comment. The scope of this work shall include: o Prepare 30% Design Submittal based on previously completed 30% Design Drawings for State Street P3 project o Prepare 60% Design Submittal in collaboration with OWNER and selected GSC Provider and based on 30% Design Drawings previously completed as part of State Street P3 project and WL CSO 30% Design Drawings completed by Wessler. o Prepare 90% Design Submittal in collaboration with OWNER and selected GSC Provider o Provide detailed Maintenance of Traffic plan and associated construction sequencing in collaboration with selected GSC Provider o Provide roundabout intersection plans for Xxxxxxxx Street and River Road intersection o Provide traffic signal modernization plans for River Road and Xxxxxx/ Xxxxxxx ramps intersection o Pedestrian curb ramps, accessible pedestrian signals and pedestrian refuge islands, as feasible, using Proposed Right of Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) o Prepare a pavement design for roadway reconstruction sections o Provide roadway lighting design plans o Provide storm sewer design plans and details o Perform stormwater quality and detention design for roadway stormwater runoff o Provide Utility Coordination for the roadway and storm sewer for the River Road Improvements o Prepare and submit Rule 5/ Erosion Control plans to IDEM o Plans shall be certified by an Indiana Registered Professional Engineer o Provide Landscape Design Services to Coordinate with OWNER for layout, details and specifications for landscape, plantings and irrigation along roadway center median, outside edge of pavement, and intersections where feasible within project limits. o Develop Project Manual including General Conditions, Technical Specifications and Special Provisions o Upon completion of the Design Phase and Plan Development, prepare and deliver to the OWNER a maximum of three (3) sets of final plans and project manual with special provisions o Provide Project Management and oversight of sub consultants for the River Road improvements.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
