Election of Union Representatives. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect two (2) Union Representatives from among the Executive Board, whose duties shall be to assist any employee in preparing and presenting his/her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Election of Union Representatives. (1) For each decision-making area/level that has employees who are organised in the Finance Sector Union of Norway, Union Representatives shall be elected by and from among these employees. The term “decision-making area/level” refers to the organisational parts of the company in which staff policy and staff administration decisions are made that will be of importance to the employees’ employment and working conditions. The Union Representatives represent the employees and act as a contact between the employees and management for the decision-making area/level in question.

Election of Union Representatives. 7.3.1 Unions shall be entitled to prepare for and conduct elections for union representatives at institutions where they are sufficiently representative.
Election of Union Representatives. The Union agrees that a democratic process will be followed when establishing the Union's representatives to the Joint Labour/Management Committee, which in most cases shall be the Bargaining Committee. To this end, only employees of YRB (Vanderhoof) shall be eligible to stand for election, and the term shall be consistent with the life of the Collective Agreement. The foregoing does not preclude the Union Staff Representative from attending Labour/Management Committee meetings.
Election of Union Representatives. 13.1.1. Employees may elect one union representative at all workplaces where 5 to 50 people are employed; where more than 50 people are employed they may elect two. In this context, a workplace is any company in which a group of people work together. On completion of the election, the union in question nominates the union representatives. Where it is not possible to hold an election, the union representatives shall be nominated by the union in question. Three union representatives may be elected within a company if the number of members is more than 120 in the same operating unit. In companies with more than one operating unit, or where employees generally report to work at workplaces other than the headquarters of the employer in question, the union representative shall be given the opportunity to undertake their union representative duties in all operating units. Alternatively, a greater number of union representatives may be elected to undertake such work.
