Electrical Worker Grade 7. An Electrical Worker Grade 7 is an Electrical Worker Grade 5 who: ▪ Has successfully completed a Post Trade Certificate or nin (9) appropriate modules towards an Advanced Certificate or AQF Diploma in Electrotechnology; or their equivalent; or ▪ An AQF Certificate Level IV in Electrotechnology, or has acquired the same standard of skills through other means including a minimum of two (2) year’s experience in the industry; and ▪ Is employed to use the skills acquired through the training and/or experience specified; ▪ Included in this grade is the work of: ▪ Electrician special class; ▪ Electronic/communications serviceperson special class; ▪ Instrument tradesperson special class refrigeration/air conditioning tradesperson special class; ▪ Linesperson/cable jointer special class; ▪ Electrical tradesperson powerline special class.

Electrical Worker Grade 7. A. 7.1 An Electrical Worker Grade 7 is an Electrical Worker Grade 5 who in addition has: • Has successfully completed a Post Trade Certificate or nine appropriate modules towards an Advanced Certificate or AQF Diploma in Electrotechnology or their equivalent • Has successfully completed an AQF Certificate Level IV in Electrotechnology • Has acquired the same standard of skills through other means including a minimum of two years’ experience in the industry • Is employed to use the skills acquired through the training and/or experience specified. The following ordinary hourly rates of pay are inclusive of all allowances referred to in Clause 5.1.9, but not those specified in Schedule C of this Agreement. The rates below shall apply as a minimum for the life of the Agreement for the calculation of Employee remuneration, and for any calculation of Employee redundancy pay, paid personal leave and paid annual leave entitlements. The rates below will vary annually in accordance with Clause 5.1.3 of this Agreement.
Electrical Worker Grade 7. An Electrical Workerwho has fulfilled all the requirements of a Electrical Worker Grade 6 and: • has not less than Five years fire industry experience, and who possesses a thorough knowledge of the employer's employer and processes and who is capable of servicing all the equipment associated with such employer, and who is employed to install, maintain, test, modify services and/or repair complex and addressable systems, electronic circuits, equipment, apparatus and/or devices used in industrial applications in the fire-alarm/security systems industry, and for which the performance of such work requires a higher skill than required by a tradesperson employed on basic service work.
Electrical Worker Grade 7. 19.1. An Electrical Worker Grade 7 is an Employee who holds the trade qualifications described below: 19.1.1. an AQF Certificate Level 3 in Electrotechnology; and 19.1.2. a Diploma or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; and 19.1.3. Unrestricted Electrical Construction Occupation Licence; and 19.1.4. Without limiting the scope of work, has a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a licenced Electrician with the skills and knowledge to perform the work of an electrical tradesperson and provides direction, assistance and supervision to Electrical Worker Grades 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; or 19.2. An Electrical Worker Grade 7 is an Employee who holds the qualifications and training requirements that meet the criterion for Level 1 Accredited Service Provider to perform contestable network services and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing such services.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • FURNITURE CLASSIFICATIONS Furniture classifications include but not limited to: Cafeteria, Dormitory, Library Shelving and Library Related, Lounge, Systems (Modular), School (Classroom), Freestanding, Seating, Filing Systems and Equipment, and Technology Support.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Electrically operated equipment shall be available in the following volts and phases: 208 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 220 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ 440 volt 1 or 3 phase, 60 HZ

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.
