Eligibility for Leave of Absence. (a) On-call and part-time employees are not entitled to bereavement leave, jury duty leave, or personal leave.
Eligibility for Leave of Absence. A leave of absence may be granted to a full-time or part-time employee who is in active status and who has been continuously employed for at least 6 months, except for leaves for military service (as prescribed by Federal statutes) or for disabilities that have entitled an employee to Long Term Disability benefits or Workers’ Compensation benefits. An employee who has satisfactorily completed the probationary period may be denied a leave of absence (except military or medical leaves) due to departmental operational needs, unsatisfactory job performance, receipt of a disciplinary action at the third level within 90 days of the application for leave, or if the employee has been granted one other leave during the preceding 12 months.
Eligibility for Leave of Absence. Employees who have completed ninety (90) days of satisfactory service are considered eligible for consideration for leaves of absence as hereinafter defined.

  • Disability Leave of Absence Section 37.1 Leave Without Pay A member incurring any disability not duty-connected after he has exhausted all of the paid leave to which he is entitled and has accumulated, may be granted a leave without pay for a period not to exceed three (3) months, subject to approval and to the following provisions:

On a Student’s final day prior to commencing a leave of absence, any College issued device must be returned to the Centre for Computing and Communications (CCC). Should the parent(s) elect to retain the device throughout the leave of absence period, approval must be granted by the Principal. Upon approval, the full payout fee for the device will be charged.

  • Special Leave of Absence Teachers may be granted leaves of absence without pay for one (1) year under the following criteria:
