Eligibility to Apply. A bargaining unit member is eligible for consideration for Sabbatical/Professional Development Leave if, as of February 1 preceding the academic year for which the leave is sought, the member: a. Is a full-time employee in the bargaining unit currently and actively employed (not on leave of absence or layoff); b. Has completed at least six years of full-time service to the College; c. Has performed at least 192 workload hours (equivalent to 8,304 clock hours) for the College within the preceding seven academic years; and d. Has not been on Sabbatical/Professional Development Leave within the preceding six academic years.
Eligibility to Apply. ‌ (A). Eligible employees appointed on teaching and research (T&R) or teaching intensive (T) contracts on either continuing or fixed-term appointments, including those with fractional appointments of at least 50%, are eligible to apply for a period of Sabbatical, subject to meeting the conditions of this Policy. Unless otherwise specified in each promotional campaign terms and conditions: (a) if a Device is enrolled without an Inspection, the User will be subject to a Freeze Period before the User may make a Service Request. (b) only Packages or Devices as indicated in specific campaigns are eligible for Open Enrolment. (c) the Device intended to be registered for the Service shall be purchased: (i) from AIS Shop or Telewiz Shop or other shops and distribution channels as specified by the Provider in the relevant campaign; and (ii) in the fixed time period as specified by the Provider in the relevant campaign and proof of purchase may be required to be provided to the Provider at the time of the enrolment. 4.3 The following additional conditions shall apply if a User wishes to enroll post purchase (a Post Purchase Enrolment) application: (a) the application for enrolment must be made: (i) at an AIS Shop or via the AIS’ call center or other sales channel allowed by the Provider; (ii) within 30 days of the Device purchase date from AIS Shops, Telewiz Shop or other sales channel allowed by the Provider e.g. via the Website; and (iii) where required by the Provider, with proof of purchase of the Device. (b) if a Device is enrolled without an Inspection, the User will be subject to a Freeze Period before the User may make a Service Request.

Eligibility to Apply. (a) An employee who wishes to be considered for the position so posted shall signify a desire by making formal application on the forms supplied by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the posting. (b) Employees who have not been hired or posted to their current position within the last twelve (12) months, will be eligible to make application for any vacant position. (c) At the sole discretion of the Company, employees may apply for equal or lower classifications where they may not be permitted to do so under the other provisions of this article.
Eligibility to Apply. Only faculty who have successfully completed their Mid-Tenure Review and have received the highest rating in all areas of evaluation may petition to be considered for early tenure/continuous employment. 1. A faculty member who satisfies the above criterion and wishes to be considered for early tenure shall submit a written petition to the Xxxx of their College/School/Library no later than April 15 of their fourth probationary year. The faculty member shall provide clear justification, with relevant documentation, to demonstrate a record of extraordinary accomplishment that can be readily distinguished from strong cases. 2. The Xxxx of their College/School/Library shall provide written notification to the petitioning faculty member, with copies to the relevant department chair, no later than May 15 of the faculty member’s fourth probationary year. Approval of a petition to apply shall not be considered an approval of any subsequent tenure/continuous employment application submitted by the faculty member. Denial of a petition shall be without prejudice to the sixth-year tenure/continuous employment application submitted by the faculty member.
