Employer to Acquaint New Employees. The Employer agrees to provide new employees at the time of hiring, or as soon as practicable thereafter, with a copy of the collective agreement in effect and acquaint them with the conditions of employment set out in the articles concerning checkoff and stewards.
Employer to Acquaint New Employees. (a) During orientation, the Employer will provide each new Employee with a link to an electronic package prepared by the Union along with a link to a copy of the collective agreement. The Employer will update the link as required by the Union.
(b) Where the Employer holds in-person orientation, the Union shall be permitted 10 minutes at the end of the agenda to address bargaining unit members with no loss of regular pay during or following the orientation program.

New employees shall be advised of the name and location of their xxxxxxx.
