Equipment Calibration. Institution shall be responsible for ensuring Institution-owned equipment utilized by Institution in accordance with this Agreement, is serviced and/or calibrated as per manufacturer’s recommendation or more frequently as required by Janssen. Records verifying the equipment calibration and maintenance shall be provided to Janssen upon request. For calibrations that are performed solely at the request of Janssen, and that are not part of the recommended scheduled maintenance suggested by manufacturer, Janssen will reimburse Institution for the actual cost without mark-up for each calibration. Processing of payment will begin upon receipt of invoice and supporting documentation in accordance with paragraph (f) below. c)

Additional expenses required for special calibration requirements will be agreed upon in advance and submitted to Vericel for payment.

Equipment Calibration. Contractor shall identify all equipment requiring calibration by placing inspection stickers on the equipment, showing the date of calibration and/or date of service, and signature of service technician servicing the equipment. Contractor shall ensure all instruments used to calibrate the equipment shall be certified and traceable to the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). Conductivity tests will be performed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Contractor shall maintain an instrument log book and provide a calibration certificate signifying that a continuing quality control program is in existence. Contractor shall provide unlimited visits for all repair services requested or necessary to keep the equipment fully operational. Contractor shall invoice repair services provided outside regular scheduled maintenance visits, or services not covered by the Guarantee, Section 14 of the Scope of Work, at the Repair Hourly Rate, Section C, as specified herein. All parts requiring replacement will be replaced in accordance with the Parts Replacement, Section 9 of the Scope of Work. Repair services will be provided upon telephone request from the Institution Contract Liaison or designee. Contractor shall respond to requests and be on-site for repair service within twenty-four (24) hours. Every effort shall be made to perform services during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, State holidays excluded. Contractor shall provide the requested services on the dates specified by the State or within five (5) working days. The State may, at its discretion, allow access to the equipment during nonbusiness hours when necessary. Non-emergency repair services performed outside of normal business hours as specified herein must be approved in advance in writing by the Institution Contract Liaison. Contractor shall make every attempt to complete repairs the same working day. Unless the repair requires parts that must be ordered, no repair may take longer than five (5) working days to complete. When a delay in repair will occur due to parts that must be ordered, written notification must be presented to the Institution Contract Liaison or designee immediately. All repair work shall be performed by an individual or firm possessing the appropriate California Contractors State License Board license.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map.   • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
