Evaluation Protocol. The primary purpose of classified employee evaluation shall be the improvement of employment skills. The immediate supervisor shall explain to each classified employee under his/her supervision the evaluation procedures, standards, instruments and job descriptions to be used as well as who will observe and evaluate his/her performance. Classified employees shall be evaluated on an annual basis. Any evaluations will be discussed with the classified employee and shall be placed in the classified employee’s personnel file. Following the evaluation conference, the classified employee shall sign and be given a copy of the evaluation report prepared by the evaluator. In no case shall the classified employee's signature be construed to mean that he/she necessarily agrees with the contents of the evaluation, only that they have been discussed. A classified employee may submit additional comments to the written evaluation if he/she so desires within six (6) school days from receipt of the written evaluation. The classified employee’s comments are to be placed in the classified employee’s personnel file.

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.
