Fees, Payment, and Service Policies a. The Military Child Care Act requires the Department of Defense to prescribe uniform fee regulations for military Child Development Programs annually. Fees are based on total family income and apply to children attending on a regular basis. Patrons will be placed in the highest fee category until verification of total family income is complete.

Hours of Operation.  Hourly care for CDC is available between 0730 to 1630.  Hourly care for SAC is available before and after school, early out days and during extended breaks.  The CDC/SAC closes when Typhoon Condition 1-C is declared.  The CDC/SAC reopens two hours after TC-Storm Watch is declared.  If Storm Watch is declared at or after 1230, the programs reopen the next business day.

  • FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 18 A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance 19 with this Agreement. COUNTY shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. 20 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the 21 minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are 22 necessary for the provision of the services hereunder.

  • Fees; Payment Terms a) You will pay the fees for the use of the Services which are posted on the Sites or described in an Order or SOW, and may be changed from time to time, unless specified as conditions of a subscription type.   • Invoices; Payment The City will accept invoices no more frequently than once per month. Each invoice shall fully detail the related costs and shall specify the status of the particular task or project as of the date of the invoice with regard to the accepted schedule for that task or project. Payment will be made within forty-five (45) days after receipt of an invoice acceptable to the City, in accordance with the Florida Local Government Prompt Payment Act. If, at any time during the contract, the City shall not approve or accept the Contractor's work product, and agreement cannot be reached between the City and the Contractor to resolve the problem to the City's satisfaction, the City shall negotiate with the Contractor on a payment for the work completed and usable to the City.

  • Fees Payment Company will pay Vendor the Fees established by each Order in accordance with this Agreement. Except as otherwise specified in the Special Conditions or an Order: (i) all payment obligations are non- cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable; and (ii) quantities of Solutions ordered cannot be cancelled or decreased during the relevant Subscription Term.

  • Document Retention As used in this Section 15.2, the term “Documents” shall mean all files, documents, books, records and other data delivered to Buyer by Seller pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement (other than those that Seller has retained either the original or a copy of), including: financial and tax accounting records; land, title and division of interest files; contracts; engineering and well files; and books and records related to the operation of the Assets prior to the Closing Date. Buyer shall retain and preserve the Documents for a period of no less than seven years following the Closing Date (or for such longer period as may be required by law or governmental regulation), and shall allow Seller or its representatives, at Seller’s expense, to inspect the Documents at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice during regular business hours during such time period.
