Field Trips and Sport Trips. (a) Bus Drivers may opt to have their names placed on a rotational list to drive School District 84 school buses for field trips and sports trips.

Field Trips and Sport Trips. (a) Bus drivers will be given first opportunity by rotational seniority to drive any such trips and pay will be the negotiated rate of this Collective Agreement. For the purpose of this clause, is defined as a trip requested by the bus driver in accordance with the Trip Preference Form. All bus drivers must complete a Trip Preference Form, and will update it as required. If a bus driver not available, another qualified transportation employee will be given first opportunity by rotational seniority to drive a school bus on any such trip and pay will be the negotiated rate of this Collective Agreement. If another qualified transportation employee or qualified Union member is not available, then a qualified person may drive a school bus on any such trip and pay will be the negotiated rate of this Collective Agreement. Drivers under sections and above are subject to the approval of the Manager of Services. Anyone driving any such trips shall report at the bus location, without cost to the Board. Employees driving on overnight trips shall be paid driving time plus waiting time when required to wait plus accommodation and meal expenses according to Board policy. Employees driving on same day return home trips shall be paid driving time plus waiting time, when required to wait. Waiting time shall be paid accordance with Schedule The bus shall be eligible to participate the seniority only to the extent that does not interfere with regular hours of work. All field trips shall be posted on central field trip boards by fax which shall be located at; Site, Port maintenance shop, Xxxxxxx school and Alert Bay school. There shall be displayed weekly a list of all trips dispatched from the area. Interests of the Board It shall be the responsibility of every employee, in the execution of their individual assignments, to keep the best interests of the Board mind. Bulletin Boards A Union bulletin board shall be provided by the school district, in each work area, for the purpose of job and other union business.   • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.   • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
