First aid certificate allowance. The Employer will pay an allowance as set out in pay Schedule A to an employee holding a valid First Aid Certificate, if appointed by the Employer as a First Aid attendant.

First aid certificate allowance. Aid Responsibilities – Where the Secretary is satisfied that an employee possesses a First Aid Certificate and continuing ability commensurate with that qualification and the employee has first aid responsibilities, the employee will be appointed as a first aid attendant and subject to clause 4.4.1 of this Schedule, paid an allowance in accordance with the relevant qualification as set out in Table 1, Schedule 6.
First aid certificate allowance. 54.1 Where the Commission is satisfied that an employee possesses a current Senior first aid certificate and continuing ability commensurate with that qualification and the employee has first aid responsibilities, the employee will be appointed as a first aid officer and paid an allowance of $40.00 per fortnight.
54.2 For the purpose of clause 54.1 a senior first aid certificate issued by either the St John's Ambulance Association or the Australian Red Cross is recognised.

First aid certificate allowance. (a) Employees designated by the Regional District as First Aid attendants for the Field Road Administration Building will be paid a monthly allowance as follows:
(1) Level 1 $100
(2) Level 2 $125
(3) Level 3 $150
(b) The Regional District will pay all course fees for employees who are required to have such certification.
First aid certificate allowance. The Company will provide compensation at the premium rate of sixty-eight (.68) cents per hour (this amount will be increased by the amount of all negotiated general salary increases on the dates they become effective) to two employees that volunteer for, and are designated as the two Worksafe BC Certified Industrial First Aid Ticket Holders, hereafter called the “Ticket Holders”. Compensation will be paid monthly utilizing the formula in Article 11.02 and 11.03 to convert to a monthly or bi-weekly equivalent. It is understood that the two designated Ticket Holders will not have overlapping vacation periods.
