STORE HOURS. Tenant shall ensure that each Concession is open for business without interruption as determined by the Airport Director. Unless otherwise approved in writing by County, the Parties agree to the approved Store Hours. County may, in its sole discretion, require Store Hours to change during the Term. Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees to operate the Concessions as required which, if requested by County, may be twenty- four (24) hours per day seven (7) days per week, including all holidays. Tenant may request changes to Store Hours after six (6) full months of operations under this Lease. County may, in its sole discretion, approve or deny such requested changes.

STORE HOURS. Sellers shall operate the Leased Stores in a commercially reasonable manner as retail candy stores and shall preserver the current business operations, including maintenance of current hours of operation.

No later than ten (10) days after a change to Store Hours for any Concession Location, the Parties agree to modify the Summary of Contract Provisions to incorporate the change in Store Hours, which will be confirmed by letter executed by the CEO without need for formal amendment to this Agreement.
STORE HOURS. Tenant shall cause its business to be conducted and operated in good faith and in such manner as shall assure the transaction of a maximum volume of business in and at the Premises. Tenant covenants and agrees that the Premises shall remain open for business at least during the Store Hours or such other hours as shall be seasonally adjusted by Landlord. If Tenant shall fail to cause its business to be operated during the hours required by the preceding sentence, or as otherwise required by Landlord, in addition to any other remedy available to Landlord under this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as liquidated damages for such breach, a sum equal to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each hour or portion thereof during which Tenant shall fail to so operate. If Tenant shall request Landlord's approval of the opening of the Premises for business for periods exceeding those designated above and Landlord shall approve such request, Tenant shall pay for any additional costs incurred by Landlord in connection with Tenant's opening the Premises for business during such additional hours, including but not limited to, a proportionate share of any additional amounts of Landlord's Operating Costs, additional costs of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning the Premises, and additional utilities furnished to the Premises by Landlord.

STORE HOURS. Tenant shall cause its business to be conducted and operated in good faith and in such manner as shall assure the transaction of a maximum volume of business in and at the Premises. Unless other hours are designated or approved by Landlord in writing, Tenant shall cause the Premises to be open at 11 a.m., local time, and shall remain open until such minimum time as Landlord may from time to time prescribe for all tenants seven (7) days per week. Landlord shall set closing hours based upon seasonal factors. The Celebrity Square shall be closed for business on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, but Landlord may permit Tenants to be open on such holidays. Landlord, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to reduce or eliminate operating Hours on any or all of New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve. If Tenant shall fail to operate during all such hours, in addition to constituting an Event of Default hereunder, Tenant shall be required to pay, for each hour that Tenant shall fail to be open, liquidated damages equal to the greater of Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) or ten percent (10%) of Tenant's average hourly Gross Sales computed for the month immediately preceding the month in question. If Tenant shall request Landlord's approval of the opening of the Premises for business for periods exceeding those specified above and Landlord shall approve such request, Tenant shall pay for any additional costs incurred by Landlord in connection with Tenant's opening the Premises for business during such additional hours, including but not limited to, any additional amounts of Landlord's Operating Costs, additional costs of heating, ventilating and air- conditioning the Common Areas and the Premises, and additional utilities furnished to the Premises by Landlord.
STORE HOURS. Once Tenant’s business is open, as set forth in § 4.2, Tenant shall keep the Premises open for business during Store Hours. Tenant shall operate its business in good faith and in a manner that ensures a maximum volume of business at the Premises. Tenant shall obtain SEPTA’s prior written approval to open for business during hours in excess of the Store Hours. If prior written approval is given to Tenant to operate its business in excess of the Store Hours, Tenant, as determined by SEPTA in SEPTA’s sole discretion, may be required to pay for any additional costs that SEPTA incurs from Tenant operating its business in excess of the Store Hours.
STORE HOURS. Tenant shall conduct its business in the Leased Premises continuously during the Store Hours. Tenant shall have the right to remain closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday, and other normal and customary banking holidays.
