Full Year Secretaries. New employees electing Plan A or employees switching to Plan A shall enroll in the MESSA Choices II health care plan. Such employees may only elect to switch to the MESSA ABC Plan 1 health care plan effective on January 1 of a calendar year. Plan A based on employee status – single, two-person, family: MESSA ABC Plan 1 health care plan The District will fund employee’s individual HSA Health Equity account in the amount equal to the deductible for the medical plan on the first business day on or after January 1 of each calendar year. The parties understand that in the event the minimum deductible necessary for the medical plan to comply with HSA eligibility is increased beyond the current deductible level in the MESSA ABC Plan I, the deductible will automatically adjust to meet the federal minimum requirement on the next January 1. Employee’s premium contribution will be payroll deducted, in equal amounts from employee’s paycheck through a qualified Section 125 Plan, and as such, will not be subject to withholding. The Employer’s “qualified Section 125 Plan” shall include any and all of the provisions necessary for pre-tax contributions to employee’s Health Savings Account (HSA) administered through Health Equity. Employees may contribute, through payroll deduction and electronic transfer, additional money towards their Health Savings Account (HSA) up to the maximum amount allowed by Federal law. OR MESSA Choices II health care plan MESSA Choices II with a $10/$20 prescription co-pay, $200/$400 (in network deductible), $20 office co-pay. The Board shall also provide: Life - $30,000 with AD& D WOP Vision - VSP 3 Plus with coordination of benefits Dental - 80/80/80 - $1,000 with Sealant Rider; Ortho 80 - $1,300; COB LTD- 66-2/3%; $5000 monthly maximum benefit; 60 day CDMF, No COLA WOP Plan B: The Board shall provide those employees NOT electing Plan A the option to elect Plan B: Life - $30,000 with AD&D WOP Vision - VSP 3 Plus with coordination of benefits—single rate Dental - 80/80/80 - $1,000 with Sealant Rider; Ortho 80 - $1,300; COB- single rate LTD - 66-2/3%; $5,000 monthly maximum benefit; 60 day CDMF, No COLA WOP Employees taking Plan B will contribute 20% toward the premium (or representative premium) cost, which amount will be payroll deducted.

  • Secretaries 1. All full-time secretaries shall work seven and one-half (7½) hours per day which includes one-half (½) hour lunch period. Hours shall be set by the Board of Education.

  • Vice Chairperson The Vice Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required by the Committee. The Vice Chairperson shall serve as the parliamentarian and interpret any ambiguities of the bylaws.

  • Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Vice Chair The Vice Chair shall perform such duties as prescribed by the Board or the Chair and shall act for the Chair in his or her absence.
