GENERAL PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS. DRAFT Below are assumptions utilized to create this Project Scope and Project Plan documents. 1. ITRON and CUSTOMER will provide suitably trained and skilled resources to support the PROJECT effort and timeline agreed upon by both parties. CUSTOMER’s Technical and Business resources shall be fully familiar with their present IT Operations as it relates to the PROJECT components. 2. The ITRON PM assigned to this PROJECT is responsible for management of all ITRON resources, ITRON deliverables and the Project Plan. 3. CUSTOMER will name all resources for the roles identified. Any additions not identified at Project startup, including 3rd party ITRONs/consultants may impact this SOW and associated pricing, requiring agreement through the Change Control Process defined herein. 4. ITRON will identify and be responsible for any 3rd party ITRONs/consultants contracted by ITRON for the Project. Any changes in Project Team, including consultants, must be pre-approved by CUSTOMER. 5. Resource travel time will accommodate arrival on Monday and depart Friday afternoon. Schedule to be determined by ITRON Project Manager. ITRON Project Manager will submit dates for on-site travel to CUSTOMER PM at least two (2) weeks prior to departure. 6. ITRON Project resources will use ITRON methodologies, ITRON tools, and ITRON templates; all ITRON deliverables will use ITRON templates. CUSTOMER may choose to utilize ITRON methodology templates or their own. 7. CUSTOMER is responsible for developing standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any internal business process modifications due to the implementation of the AMI System. 8. After completion of workshops, ITRON will provide CUSTOMER with an electronic copy of a standard set of system documentation including user guides, training materials, and where applicable, designs. Some training documentation may be limited to UI access only. Any Project specific deliverables including training agendas, business requirement documents, business solution designs, technical architecture designs, or interface design documents will be specific to CUSTOMER implementation and will be in addition to the standard set of system documentation 9. Issue tracking/resolution will be done using the ITRON Project SharePoint site 10. ITRON will train CUSTOMER operations team in Endpoint field troubleshooting methods

GENERAL PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS. The project's scope involves technology transfer of Darvocet-N 100 manufacture and is therefore developmental in nature. As such, issues and unexpected outcomes are anticipated for which ongoing technical support by Manufacturer may be required. The project will be executed by Manufacturer on a best efforts basis.
GENERAL PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS. The sidewalk will be 6’ wide boulevard sidewalk independent of the alignment of Old Xxxxxx Road. • Sidewalk will be constructed within the available right-of-way. No new easements or right-of-way will be purchased for the sidewalk construction. Right-of-way certification will be addressed in the Preliminary Field Review / Scope of Work Report. • Detailed ADA design will be required for this project in accordance with MDT standards and the draft PROWAG. ADA ramps that cross intersecting side streets will be evaluated and included in PS&E. Grading details of ramps and landings will be provided. • The project design will use MDT datum/control in state plane coordinates. MDT standards and file-naming convention will be utilized. Control monuments must be durable and available at the time of construction or easily reproduced. • A cadastral survey will not be required. Completion of Activity 120 is not required. • Average field conditions will be present during field survey. DOWL will confirm fieldwork is conducted when weather conditions are favorable enough that snow cover, ice, and frozen ground will not hinder progress. • No significant utility conflicts or relocations are anticipated. Completion of Activity 113, 115, 166, and 190 are not required. Yellowstone County will provide a copy of the Interstate Engineering utility survey completed in 2021. Utility certification will be documented in the Preliminary Field Review / Scope of Work Report. • No geotechnical services or Geotechnical Consultant Activities will be required. • Electrical plans, erosion control plans, and striping plans are not required. • This project will be designed using Autodesk software and the MDT State Kit. • Plans will follow MDT plan format and MDT sample plans will be used for reference. Plans will be submitted in PDF and Autodesk formats. • Source documents for any electronic deliverable (WORD, EXCEL, PDF, Autodesk, etc.) will be provided upon request as part of the project scope if not specified otherwise. • MDT design standards and Standard Drawings will be utilized. • Project will use MDT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition) with no Montana Public Works use or reference. Project-specific Special Provisions will be provided as needed. • MDT and Yellowstone County will coordinate with adjacent property owners as needed and will secure any necessary sidewalk construction agreements for work on approaches outside of right-of-way. • Contract end...

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Plans and Specifications After Landlord receives and approves Tenant’s Space Plan as provided above, Tenant will cause Tenant’s Architect to prepare the Plans and Specifications for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will approve or disapprove (specifically describing any reasons for disapproval) the Plans and Specifications in writing within ten (10) Business Days after receiving them. If Landlord disapproves the Plans and Specifications, Tenant will provide appropriately revised Plans and Specifications to Landlord for approval (or disapproval) within five (5) Business Days on the same basis as set forth above. After Landlord’s approval, Tenant will submit the Plans and Specifications for permits and construction bids. No deviation from the Building Standard will be permitted in the Space Plan or the Plans and Specifications, provided reasonable deviations with respect to the ceiling, lighting, painting, flooring and wall covering may be permitted with Landlord’s approval. Landlord will not approve any deviations which Landlord believes (a) do not conform to applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws or are disapproved by any governmental agency, (b) require services beyond the level normally provided to other tenants in the Building, or (c) are of a nature or quality that are inconsistent with Landlord’s overall plan or objectives for the Building. No approval by Landlord of any deviation constitutes an acknowledgment by Landlord that such deviations are in conformance with applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws. In the event that Landlord’s approval shall be required in this Tenant Improvements Agreement, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease, Landlord’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
