GENERAL WAGE RATESSection 1. The following rate/class changes shall be: A. All employees shall receive a two and one-half percent (2.5%) across the board wage increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes June 1, 2019. B. All employees shall receive a one and three-quarters percent (1.75%) across the board wage increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes January 1, 2020. All employees shall receive a three-quarters percent (.75%) performance-based increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes January 1, 2020, if the entire bargaining unit meets or exceeds sixty percent (60%) of the performance-based criteria in Section 2 below for the calendar year of 2019. C. All employees shall receive a one and one-half percent (1.5%) across the board wage increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes January 1, 2021. All employees shall receive a one percent (1%) performance-based increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes January 1, 2021, if the entire bargaining unit meets or exceeds sixty percent (60%) of the performance-based criteria in Section 2 below for the calendar year of 2020.

GENERAL WAGE RATES. Between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011 base wage rates shall remain as provided in the parties current Collective Bargaining Agreement at the rates implemented on July 1, 2009.
GENERAL WAGE RATES a. Subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, all active bargaining unit employees shall receive a general wage increase of two percent (2%), effective retroactively to the beginning of the pay period that includes July 1, 2018. Wage rates for all bargaining unit employees shall be in accordance with Schedule I attached as Appendix #1. b. Subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, all active bargaining unit employees shall be placed into the appropriate classification as follows: Accounting Assistant I shall be reclassified into the Cashier class; Accounting Assistant II, III, and IV shall be reclassified into the Accounting Assistant class; Public Service Tech I, II, and III shall be reclassified into the Public Service Tech class; Administrative Assistant I-IV shall be reclassified into the Administrative Assistant class; Chemist I&II shall be reclassified into the Chemist class; Building Inspector, HVAC Inspector, Electrical Inspector, and Plumbing Inspector shall be reclassified into the Inspector class. All such classification revisions shall be reflected in Schedule I and employees will be placed into the step in the appropriate wage scale that is at least equal to their current rate of pay. An employee whose current rate of pay is below the first step of the revised wage scale shall be placed into Step 1 of the revised wage scale. c. Effective at the beginning of the pay period that includes July 1, 2019, all active bargaining unit employees shall receive a one and one-half percent (1.5%) across the board wage increase. All employees shall receive a one-half percent (.5%) performance-based increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes July 1, 2019, if the entire bargaining unit meets or exceeds sixty percent (60%) of the performance-based criteria in Section 2 below from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. d. Effective at the beginning of the pay period that includes July 1, 2020, all active bargaining unit employees shall receive a one and one-half percent (1.5%) across the board wage increase. All employees shall receive a one-half percent (.5%) performance-based increase effective from the beginning of the pay period that includes July 1, 2020, if the entire bargaining unit meets or exceeds sixty percent (60%) of the performance-based criteria in Section 2 below from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES The contractor shall comply with prevailing wage rates as defined by the United States Department of Labor Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage Determination at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/whd/contracts/dbra.htm and at the Wage Determinations website xxx.xxxx.xxx for Xxxxxx County, Texas (WD-2509).

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Penal Rates (a) Weekend rate - applies to ordinary time (other than overtime) worked after midnight Friday/Saturday until midnight Sunday/Monday shall be paid at time one half (T0.5) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay. (b) Public Holiday rate – applies to those hours which are worked on the public holiday. This shall be paid at time one (T1) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay. (See clause 12.4-12.8 for further clarification.) (c) Night rate – applies to ordinary hours of duty (other than overtime) that fall between 2000hrs and until the completion of a rostered night duty from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday and shall be paid at quarter time (T0.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay. (d) Overtime and weekend/public holiday or night rates shall not be paid in respect of the same hours, the higher rate will apply.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.
