Grades TK-12. 4.1.1: A school is comprised of a team of certificated professionals working toward the educational excellence of all students who attend the school. The principal, with the input of the bargaining unit members assigned to the school, determines the needs of the school. The principal shall determine the schedule and make necessary assignments of schedules and supervision duties which will ensure the safety of students attending the school. The duty day of all bargaining unit members shall include as much time as is necessary to fulfill professional duties to facilitate the educational program. Duties shall be assigned on an equitable basis. For grades TK-5, assignable duties include supervision of students during recess and during student drop-off and pick-up times. A regular classroom teacher in grades six (6) to twelve (12) shall be assigned supervision duty only as provided in section 4.2.3. 0.0.0.0: The portion of the teacher work day assigned to in-classroom student contact* shall not exceed: Preschool SDC, TK, K 1400 minutes per week Grades 1-3 1410 minutes per week Grade 4-5 1385 minutes per week Grades 6-8 1400 minutes per week Grades 9-12 285 minutes per day** *"In-classroom student contact" time refers to time that an individual teacher spends in the classroom with students.   • Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Bilingual Pay Where the Employer currently pays bilingual pay or bonuses, it shall continue to do so. The Employer retains discretion to initiate bilingual pay or bonuses. The minimum bilingual bonus or hourly equivalent is $25 per pay period. The Employer may not require an employee to use bilingual skills without paying the appropriate bonus or pay. This does not apply to employees where such skills are in the classification specification.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.
