Health Certification. Caterer shall have Federal, State, or local health certification for the plant in which it proposes to prepare meals for use in the CCFP, and it shall ensure that health and sanitation requirements are met at all times, as specified in 7 C.F.R. § 226.6(i)(3). In addition, the Department may require the Caterer to provide for meals which it prepares to be periodically inspected by the local health department or an independent agency to determine bacteria levels in the meals being prepared. These bacteria levels shall conform to the standards which are applied by the local health authority with respect to the level of bacteria which may be present in meals prepared or served by other establishments in the locality. Results of these inspections shall be submitted to the Institution or Facility and to the Department.
Health Certification. As a condition to enrollment, each Child must be examined within the year preceding the date of this Agreement by a licensed physician and must be able to participate in the early childhood/preschool program at the CDC. The Parents must provide the CDC with an Immunization Record form within two weeks of enrollment, completed and signed by the Child’s physician.
Health Certification. Provider shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the preparation, handling and serving of food, and shall procure on behalf of Contractor and keep in effect all licenses, permits and food handlers’ cards as are required by law and shall comply with any posting requirements. Provider shall pay for all such required licenses, permits, food handlers’ cards and health certifications.
Health Certification. The food service management company shall have state or local health certification for any facility outside the school in which it proposes to prepare meals and the food service management company shall maintain this health certification for the duration of the contract. 7 CFR Part 210.16(c) (2).
Health Certification. The SFA shall maintain applicable health certification and be assured that all state and local regulations are being met by FSMC preparing or serv- ing meals at the Facility. 7 CFR 210.16(a)(7)
Health Certification. FSMC shall have state or local health certification for any facil- ity outside the SFA in which it proposes to prepare meals and FSMC shall maintain this health certification for the duration of the contract. 7 CFR 210.16c(2)
Health Certification. The SCHOOL shall instruct Students that they are required to provide proof to AFFILIATE that they meet the requirements for AFFILIATE’s basic infectious disease review, which shall include health status reports for each Student assigned to clinical training, records of proof of immunization against common communicable diseases, a tuberculosis screening, and any other requirements identified by AFFILIATE. AFFILIATE’s health certification requirements are set forth in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Any exception shall be discussed with AFFILIATE’s Health Clearance Coordinator before placement of the Student in order to secure the AFFILIATE's approval and acceptance of the Student.
Health Certification. FSMC will obtain State and/or local health certification for any facility outside SFA sites in which it proposes to prepare meals and FSMC will maintain this health certification for the duration of this Agreement. FSMC must meet all applicable State and local health regulations, including food safety inspection requirements, in preparing and serving meals at an SFA facility.
Health Certification. 1. To the best of the Breeders knowledge, the Canine puppy is free from signs or symptoms of disease or any congenial defects as of the date the puppy leaves the Breeder.
Health Certification. The FSMC shall maintain all applicable State and/or local health certification(s) for the term of the Agreement for any facility outside the school in which it proposes to prepare meals. The FSMC must also meet all applicable State and local health regulations in preparing and serving meals on the Premises, including the development, adoption and implementation of a HACCP food safety plan. The cost of such certifications shall be a Direct Operating Cost.
