Hire Rates. The plant and equipment hired under this agreement may either be hired on a short-term casual basis, ie for half day or full day(s), or a longer term, ie weekly or monthly. Due to the range of equipment hired under this agreement the Principal has not specified all the types of plant and equipment it may require to hire. Tenderers are therefore required to provide full details of plant and equipment available and, where applicable, minimum hire rates, extended hire rates, delivery / pick up charges etc. as part of their tender submission. All charges applicable to the hire must be stated in the tender. The Principal will not accept additional charges not contained in the tender. All rates to be GST inclusive.
Hire Rates. MPM reserves the right to revise its schedule of hire rates and related charges without notice. MPM may also revise its hire rates and related charges in circumstances where MPM incurs such charges as a result of non-disclosure by the Customer, unforeseen site problems or incorrect physical dimensions, weights or distances relied on by MPM.
Hire Rates. CHILLCHASER® LTD will maintain the agreed hire rates for the duration of the Contract.
Hire Rates. 2.1 The hire rates payable by the Customer to the Owner for the Equipment will be the price listed in the current price list for that item of Equipment by the Owner and provided to the Customer at the time the Equipment is ordered by the Customer, plus GST (Hire Rates).
2.2 The Hire Rates have been structured on the standard of a working period of 8 hours. If the Equipment is used outside of these times, then the Hire Rate may be adjusted accordingly.
2.3 Hire Rates will commence from the time the Equipment is collected by the Customer from the Premises until returned to the Premises in accordance with clause 3.
Hire Rates. A. Hire Rates Classifications Hourly Hire-in Rate
1. The Union will be notified of all newly hired MBUs and their starting wage rate.
2. The University may at its discretion hire in at up to $3 p/hour over the hire rate, on notice to the Union. At any rate above that, the Union must first be consulted in good faith.
Hire Rates. The hire rates are in Australian currency and exclusive of GST. They are based upon the assumption that the Hirer’s Normal Working Hours are 5.5 days or 56 hours per week.
Hire Rates. 5.1 The hire rates set for each type of vehicle are set out in Schedule A of this Agreement. The rates are daily rates based on a twenty four (24) hour day, and are inclusive of VAGST and subject to Withholding Tax.
Hire Rates. The Owner will maintain the agreed hire rates for the duration of the Contract.
Hire Rates. Charter hire for services under this Charter Party shall be payable at the applicable rates stipulated in Boxes 13–15 and shall be earned at the expiration of each fifteen (15) days of the charter period. Except as otherwise provided herein, said hire rates shall be considered payment in full for all services of the Vessel and Associated Equipment under this Charter including all overtime, penalty time, bonuses, payments, and emoluments payable to Master, Officers, and crew for services under this Charter, irrespective of the geographic scope of said service. Said hire rates are exclusive of the costs of fuel and port charges, which are addressed at Section H-20 (Fuel) and H-30 (Port Charges and Expenses), respectively.
Hire Rates. Charter hire for services under this Charter Party shall be payable at the applicable rates stipulated in Boxes 14-16 and shall be earned at the expiration of each 15-day charter period. Except as otherwise provided herein, said hire rates shall be considered payment in full for all services of the Vessel(s) and Associated Equipment under this Charter including all overtime, penalty time, bonuses, payments, and emoluments payable to Master, Officers, and crew for services under this Charter, irrespective of the geographic scope of said service and including the carriage of hazardous cargoes except as otherwise identified by the Government. Said hire rates are exclusive of the costs of fuel and port charges, which are addressed in Sections H-15 and H-13 respectively.
