Holdover Overtime. In making "holdover" overtime assignments, seniority among employees possessing the skills and abilities required for the specific overtime assignment will be the determining factor.

Holdover Overtime. Unforeseen immediate need overtime will be offered to the individual on-duty/ going off-duty that is responsible for the position being covered. If that individual refuses, it will be offered to the remainder of the crew by seniority. If the remainder of the crew refuses, then the individual responsible for the open position may be forced to stay until a replacement can be hired from the list. If the immediate needed overtime is anticipated to be longer than five (5) hours, then short time overtime will be offered to the off-going crew until relief can be hired from the regular overtime list.
Holdover Overtime. Unscheduled overtime that is a continuation of the regular workday shall be paid at 1 ½ x hourly wage.
Holdover Overtime. Licensee will be charged for any hold over at the Premises (“Overtime”) at the following rates: $1,000 per hour if Licensee arranges Overtime with Licensor at least 72 hours in advance of the Event; $1,500 per hour, or $1,000 per hour if Licensee arranges Overtime with Licensor at least 72 hours in advance of the Event, for Overtime between the hours of 3:00AM and 7:00AM; $4,000 for overtime that exceeds a 16-hour day; and $5,000 per hour for Overtime after the 3:00AM venue curfew on the Load Out date, billable in 15-minute increments. Once scheduled, overtime is non-refundable.

One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Overtime Premium Employees shall be entitled to payment of time and one-half the employee's basic straight time hourly rate for all overtime work in excess of seven and one-half hours in a tour of duty or in excess of the average full-time hours of work over the period scheduled by the Hospital. Such period for this purpose shall not exceed two weeks. It is understood and acknowledged that the Hospital has the right to require employees to perform reasonable overtime work. Call-back shall not be considered as hours worked for purposes of this Article. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid. Overtime payment for hours worked will not apply as a result of the following:

  • Holdover Tenancy Unless this Sublease has been extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, there will be no holding over past the Term under the terms of this Sublease under any circumstances. If it becomes necessary to commence legal action to remove Subtenant from the Premises, the prevailing Party will be entitled to attorney’s fees and costs in addition to damages.
