Initiation Phase. During this phase, we install your software in our secure, hosted (SaaS) data center utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS). During this phase, you should determine what staff members will assist with the project. We ask you to complete worksheets that allow us to import data into iWorQ dropdown fields. These worksheets do not require that you understand iWorQ data structures to complete this phase.

Initiation Phase. During the Contract Initiation phase, the Contractor and the Department will finalize how the Contract Activities will be managed, document these processes in the Services Delivery Framework document, and on-board Contractor Personnel.

The output of the workshops will be an initial PDD (where applicable), as agreed and executed by the Parties, which will ensure that all parties involved understand the objectives, success criteria, scope, approach, timescales and migration plan, and understand their roles and responsibilities in delivering these objectives. As part of the PDD a detailed project plan and key milestones shall be identified together with a migration plan covering any requirements for business as usual and any required outages.
