INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. We the Undersigned, duly appointed representative of the County of Fresno, hereinafter referred to as “County” and the Fresno County Public Safety Association, hereinafter referred to as “Association”, having met and conferred in good faith, do hereby jointly prepare and execute the following written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Representation Unit 2. It is the purpose of the MOU to promote and provide for harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between management and the employees covered herein and to provide an orderly and equitable means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise under this MOU.
INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. The Consultant Evaluation Program is a program administered by ECS as a means for ADOT to monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed on engineering consultant contracts. A positive approach to the program assures that project schedule, cost and quality of design and construction are attainable. This assures that potential problems which may impact other projects or the 5-Year Construction Program are identified and resolved in a timely manner. All engineering consultant contracts shall be evaluated annually based on the Notice to Proceed (NTP) anniversary date by the ADOT staff assigned to the contract, including the ADOT PM, other technical groups, ECS staff, etc., in accordance with applicable contract provisions. In addition to annual evaluations, a final consultant evaluation must be conducted at the end of all engineering consultant contracts as outlined in 48 CFR Subpart 42.15.

It is the purpose of the MOU to promote and provide for harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between management and the employees covered herein and to provide an orderly and equitable means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise under this MOU.
INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. 2.1 The following Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) sets out the terms and responsibilities of the agreement between the Customer and StarTraq regarding the supply and support of the Software and related Services to the Customer
2.2 This SLA has been prepared to serve as a guideline on the service levels and responsibilities of StarTraq and the Customer in the provision of the Software from delivery, through installation to post-installation services. The effective duration of this SLA will coincide with the duration of the Agreement.
INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. 1.1 This Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) between the parties named provides a project management framework for handling this proposed [major/coordinated] planning application(s) from Strategic Masterplanning and pre-application, through to determination [and implementation]. This framework is intended to improve and speed up the planning process by committing all parties to an agreed timetable containing milestones that make clear the level of resources and actions that are required and ensure that all key planning issues are properly considered and resolved at the earliest possible stage.
1.2 In accordance with Planning Practice Guidance PPAs are intended to be agreed in the spirit of a 'memorandum of understanding'. They are not intended to be a legally binding contract. Alongside PPAs the Council will also be seeking to agree Statements of Common Ground with landowners / site promoters in relation to sites included for allocation to support and demonstrate the deliverability of the Local Plan at the Examination-in-Public.
1.3 The PPA will provide a mechanism to manage the process of bringing forward eventual planning applications to deliver the development envisaged by the Epping Forest District Local Plan. If appropriate, this approach may also be used to handle any other ad hoc development proposals for major schemes. The presence of a PPA does not guarantee that any Strategic Masterplan or planning application will be endorsed / granted by EFDC.
1.4 This PPA relates to land at [xxx] (Site Plan at Appendix 1), where development is proposed by the [Draft] Local Plan. Draft Policy SP [ X ] [other policy reference as appropriate] identifies the scale of development that is expected to be delivered, together with other relevant key requirements. The Landowner(s) has promoted the land and development through the Local Plan process and it has been assessed as a potentially appropriate site for a [major] development scheme. The Landowner(s) will continue to positively promote the site through the Local Plan process, and will continue to engage proactively with EFDC via the Developer Forum and other relevant mechanisms.

This grievance procedure is intended to establish an orderly process of resolving differences which may occur between the Board of Education or the administration and the professional staff. The purpose of the grievance procedure is to secure, at the lowest possible administrative level equitable solutions to grievances which may arise from time to time. Both parties agree that these proceedings will be kept as informal as may be appropriate at any level of the procedure.
