Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 16.4.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, he/she may within ten (10) days after receiving the decision submit a written request (Appendix E) to the Superintendent or designee for review.

Level II – Superintendent or Designee. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered at Level I, he/she may appeal the decision within ten (10) working days to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The designee shall be a person experienced in the subject matter of the dispute. 20.5.1 The appeal shall include a copy of the original grievance, the decision rendered at Level I, and a clear, concise statement of the reason for the appeal.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 5.5.1. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision is rendered within the designated time period, the aggrieved, through the unit member’s representative, may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days after the decision at Level I or twenty (20) days after the grievance was presented, whichever is later.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 9.3.2.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I or, if no decision has been rendered by the immediate supervisor within 10 workdays after the presentation of the grievance, in writing, the grievant may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent 10 workdays after the decision at Level I.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no written decision has been rendered within the ten (10) business day period, he/she may forward the grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designee. This must be done at any time within ten (10) business days after the Level I decision has been received or the ten (10) business day period for such a decision has expired. Within ten (10) business days after he/she has received the written grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the aggrieved person. Within ten (10) business days after such a meeting, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall communicate a written decision on the matter to the aggrieved person.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. In the event the aggrieved member is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance to the building principal or immediate supervisor, he/she may file a written grievance with the president of the Association in an effort to resolve it at Level I. If no resolution can be arrived at, then the president or representative will, within five (5) days after receiving such written grievance, refer it to the Director of Human Resources or such other person as the Superintendent may designate. The Superintendent or designee shall represent the administration at this level of the grievance procedure. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, he/she shall meet with the aggrieved member in an effort to resolve it. If a member of the Association does not file a written grievance with the president of the Association within thirty (30) school days after the member is aware of the act or condition on which it is based, then the grievance shall be waived.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written appeal, the Superintendent shall meet with the grievant and his/her representative for a discussion of the grievant’s claim. They shall seek to obtain a mutual agreement on a resolution of the alleged violation. The Superintendent will provide the grievant and his/her representative with a written decision within five (5) days following the meeting.
