Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 16.4.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, he/she may within ten (10) days after receiving the decision submit a written request (Appendix E) to the Superintendent or designee for review.

Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 9.3.2.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I or, if no decision has been rendered by the immediate supervisor within 10 workdays after the presentation of the grievance, in writing, the grievant may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent 10 workdays after the decision at Level I.
9.3.2.2 Within 10 workdays after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendent, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the grievant and representative (if desired) in an effort to resolve the matter. The Superintendent or designee may have a representative at such meeting.
9.3.2.3 Within 10 workdays after meeting with the grievant, the Superintendent or designee shall transmit a copy of the grievance and their proposed resolution of it to the Association. Within10 workdays after receipt of a copy of the grievance and the Superintendent's proposed resolution, the Association will transmit to the Superintendent or designee its written response. Such response shall indicate agreement or disagreement with the Superintendent or designee's proposed resolution. Supporting written rationale shall accompany a position of disagreement. Within10 workdays after receipt of the Association’s response to the grievance, the Superintendent shall render a written decision to the grievant and the Association.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered at Level I, he/she may appeal the decision within ten (10) working days to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The designee shall be a person experienced in the subject matter of the dispute.
20.5.1 The appeal shall include a copy of the original grievance, the decision rendered at Level I, and a clear, concise statement of the reason for the appeal.
20.5.2 Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the grievant in an attempt to resolve the grievance.
20.5.3 Within five (5) working days, the Superintendent or designee shall investigate the grievance and give his/her decision in writing to the grievant.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 5.5.1. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision is rendered within the designated time period, the aggrieved, through the unit member’s representative, may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days after the decision at Level I or twenty (20) days after the grievance was presented, whichever is later.
5.5.2. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendent, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the aggrieved and representative(s) in an effort to resolve the matter. Within ten (10) days after the date of the Level II meeting, the Superintendent shall render a written decision to the aggrieved and shall transmit a copy to the Association. If the Administrator does not respond within the time limits, the aggrieved may appeal to the next level.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no written decision has been rendered within the ten (10) business day period, he/she may forward the grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his/her designee. This must be done at any time within ten (10) business days after the Level I decision has been received or the ten (10) business day period for such a decision has expired. Within ten (10) business days after he/she has received the written grievance, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the aggrieved person. Within ten (10) business days after such a meeting, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall communicate a written decision on the matter to the aggrieved person.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 13 5.3.3 If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, he/she may, within ten (10) days, 14 appeal the decision on the appropriate form to the Superintendent or designee.
15 5.3.4 This statement shall be a copy of the original grievance, the decisions rendered, and a clear, 16 concise statement of the reasons for the appeal. Either the grievant or the Superintendent or designee 17 may request a conference with the other party within the above time limits.
18 5.3.5 The Superintendent or designee shall communicate his/her decision to the grievant within ten 19 (10) days. 20 Level III: Mediation
21 5.3.6 If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level II, the 22 Association may within ten (10) days request, in writing, to submit the grievance to mediation to
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after the presentation of the grievance in writing, he/she may, within ten (10) additional days, refer it to the Superintendent of Schools or designee for a decision. The Superintendent or designee shall be presented with all the information previously presented relevant to the specific grievance(s) and, at his/her discretion, or upon request of the aggrieved, shall arrange a hearing involving all parties.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 9.2.3.1 Within ten (10) working days after receiving the decision of the supervisor, the grievant, or his/her representative, may appeal the decision to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision reached at Level I. A grievance involving more than one (1) employee and more than one (1) supervisor may be filed at this level.
9.2.3.2 Within ten (10) working days after delivery of the appeal, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall investigate the grievance giving all persons who participated in Level I and representatives, if any, an opportunity to be heard. Upon request of the Superintendent or his/her designee, or of the employee and/or his/her representative, the parties will meet together.
9.2.3.3 Within twenty (20) working days after delivery of the appeal, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall communicate the decision in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the grievant and, if any, to the representative of the employee who participated at this level and to the supervisor/administrator. The decision of the Superintendent or his/her designee shall be final, unless appealed to the next level.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written appeal, the Superintendent shall meet with the grievant and his/her representative for a discussion of the grievant’s claim. They shall seek to obtain a mutual agreement on a resolution of the alleged violation. The Superintendent will provide the grievant and his/her representative with a written decision within five (5) days following the meeting.
Level II – Superintendent or Designee. In the event the aggrieved member is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance to the building principal or immediate supervisor, he/she may file a written grievance with the president of the Association in an effort to resolve it at Level I. If no resolution can be arrived at, then the president or representative will, within five (5) days after receiving such written grievance, refer it to the Director of Human Resources or such other person as the Superintendent may designate. The Superintendent or designee shall represent the administration at this level of the grievance procedure. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, he/she shall meet with the aggrieved member in an effort to resolve it. If a member of the Association does not file a written grievance with the president of the Association within thirty (30) school days after the member is aware of the act or condition on which it is based, then the grievance shall be waived.
