Liability Statement. By signing this Rental Application, you (the Renter) agree to assume the responsibility and legal liability for your event described in this contract. You also agree to abide by all rules and regulations described herein. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Kiwanis Club of Issaquah from any and all claims for bodily injury and/or property damages that may arise out of or in connection with the use of Xxxxxx Xxxx. Failure to comply with any of the above stated rules and regulations will result in the forfeiture of the reservation, damage, and cleaning deposit.

Liability Statement. By signing this Rental Application and Rules, the Renter agrees to assume full responsibility and legal liability for the above-described event and for the acts or omissions of those in attendance at such event. The Renter further agrees that all in attendance at such event shall abide by all Rules and Regulations promulgated by FISH or otherwise applicable at this facility. Additionally, the Renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery (FISH) and the Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife from and against any and all claims for bodily injury or property damages that may in any manner arise out of the use of the facility or the execution of this Agreement. Failure to comply with any or all of the above stated rules shall result in the retention by FISH of the full security and damage deposit. Any cost to repair physical damage to the building in excess of the security and damage deposit shall be the sole responsibility of the Renter. In the event that litigation is filed to enforce any term of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of all court costs, attorney fees, and expert witness fees.

It is the responsibility of the party organising the hiring of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sixth Form College facilities to ensure full disclosure to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sixth Form College of the following:  public liability insurance cover (where applicable)  range of activities to be carried outage groups of persons attending and/or participating in activities  equipment, materials or substances likely to be used during activities Parties organising activities, events, etc. on Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sixth Form College premises will also be required to ensure that persons attending are aware of the following:  emergency procedures (as issued with this document)  procedures for parents to follow when collecting or dropping off children, or young persons, into the care of persons facilitating third party activities As part of this Agreement, organisers are required to provide the following information either by completing this Agreement, or attaching relevant documents to this Agreement, on the following:  risk assessment of activities involved (where applicable)  age groups attending  names of persons acting as supervisors or facilitators Failure to provide full information may result in the Agreement not being approved, or in the case of an approved Agreement, where issues may arise due to lack of disclosure, the withdrawal of a previously approved Agreement. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sixth Form College reserves the right to withdraw any Third Party Use agreement based on the following:  Non-payment of hiring fees.  Identification of unsafe acts taking place, or permitted to take place, by those persons identified as supervising and/or facilitating activities.  Identification of criminal acts being committed with the knowledge of those persons identified as supervising and/or facilitating activities.  Any activity or event which causes Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sixth Form College to be brought into disrepute.

Today, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places. The south end of the depot, which housed the freight room, has been transformed into a meeting room for public rental. It can accommodate up to 75 people seated theatre-style, or about 50 people seated at tables and chairs.The floor and walls are the original wood and add greatly to the building’s charm and historic value. Liability Statement. Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to our non-hypoallergenic cosmetic grade paints. Children with skin allergies for sensitive skin should either not participate, or have Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party. For safety reasons, Artist will not paint children under 2 years old. For sanitary reasons, Artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds.
