Line Fill. (a) Shipper shall be required to provide, or cause to be provided, without cost to Gatherer, its pro rata share of Line Fill, based on the total volume of Crude Oil in Barrels received from or on account of Shipper divided by the total volume of Crude Oil in Barrels received from all shippers on the Gathering System. (b) Gatherer shall calculate Shipper’s pro rata share of Line Fill Monthly and provide Shipper with a balance statement substantially in the form of Exhibit F. Gatherer shall deliver this Monthly balance statement with its Monthly statement to be provided pursuant to Section 12.1. If Shipper’s pro rata share of the Line Fill is increased as a result of such calculation, Shipper shall promptly provide, or cause to be provided, without cost to Gatherer, additional volumes of Crude Oil to meet such requirement. If Shipper’s pro rata share of the Line Fill is reduced as a result of such calculation, Gatherer shall promptly deliver the excess amount of Crude Oil to Shipper, less PLA, at the applicable Delivery Points and Shipper shall pay the Gathering Fee in effect during such Month of delivery to the Delivery Points on such excess Line Fill. (c) Shipper’s share of the Line Fill shall be held by Gatherer in the Gathering System and returned to Shipper following the termination of this Agreement. Within 60 Days following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, (i) Gatherer shall deliver and Shipper shall receive such Line Fill, less PLA, at the applicable Delivery Points and (ii) Shipper shall pay the Gathering Fee in effect on the termination of this Agreement on such Line Fill for the delivery of the same to the applicable Delivery Points.

Line Fill. (i) Producer shall deliver to Midstream Co a pro rata portion of the Product that Midstream Co determines is necessary for efficient operation of the System (such pro rata portion, the “Producer Line Fill”), and Midstream Co shall not be obligated to receive any Product Tendered by Producer until Producer’s delivery of Product to Midstream Co has met the Producer Line Fill. (ii) Midstream Co shall maintain an inventory account (the “Inventory Account”) for Producer and each other shipper or producer on the System which reflects for each Month with respect to each producer and shipper on the System (including Producer) (i) the total volumes received and delivered; (ii) the starting and ending minimum line fill required; (iii) the starting and ending amount of crude oil inventory in Midstream Co’s facilities above the minimum line fill required; and (iv) any other information deemed necessary and appropriate by Midstream Co, all on an Individual System basis. Midstream Co shall provide a statement of Producer’s Inventory Account as part of the supplemental and supporting information for each invoice. (iii) At the end of the Term, Producer’s Product in inventory (both Producer Line Fill and any amounts above Producer Line Fill quantities) within Midstream Co’s System, or within the respective Individual System within Midstream Co’s System, will be delivered by Midstream Co to the Delivery Point specified by Producer within sixty (60) days after the end of the Term.
Line Fill. The amount of Crude Oil necessary for pipeline line fill and tankage fill required to ensure efficient operation of the Gathering System, as determined by Gatherer acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator; provided that the Line Fill allocated for tankage fill shall never be more than 15% of the Tankage Shell Capacity of the applicable Storage Tank.
Line Fill. For the purposes of this Clause 5(j) only, all Line Fill (as defined in Appendix 11) shall be treated as “Tank Heels,” and Buyer shall at the TH Conclusion Date purchase the same amount of Line Fill from Seller as Seller purchased from Buyer at the Effective Date.
Line Fill. To the extent that it is necessary for Gatherer to commence operations of new segments of the Gathering System for Gas to be used as line fill, Producer shall provide such line fill to Gatherer on a pro rata basis based on the most recent previous Month’s Receipt Point volumes, but not to exceed for any pipeline the volume of such line fill specified for such pipeline in the System Plan; provided that Gatherer must act as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator when allocating volumes to be used as line fill.
Line Fill. Shipper will at all times be responsible for providing that share of the volume of Product required for line fill, tank bottoms and working stock in each Pipeline equal to the ratio that Shipper’s deliveries bear to the total of all deliveries out of the Pipeline and otherwise necessary for the efficient operation of the Pipeline.
Line Fill. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, when Shipper ceases making shipments, Carrier shall deliver to Shipper at the Delivery Point all of Shipper’s Crude Oil in the Knight Warrior Pipeline or otherwise available for shipment. Redelivery shall be completed as batches transit the Knight Warrior Pipeline with expected transit time based on batch size; provided, however, in no event shall the transit time exceed ninety (90) Days. As shipments are nominated an estimated window of delivery dates will be provided by Carrier. Shipper, an affiliate of the Shipper or a party whom the Shipper has the right to transport that party’s Product will at all times retain title to its Crude Oil in transit and Tank Bottoms and Carrier will provide a monthly statement to Shipper of Crude Oil and Tank Bottoms.

Line Fill. To the extent that it is necessary in order for Gatherer to commence operations of new segments of the Gathering System or due to Maintenance or repairs, Producer shall provide its proportionate share of such line purge and fill Gas to Gatherer in an amount determined by Gatherer in Gatherer’s reasonable discretion and at Producer’s sole cost and expense.
Line Fill. Facility operations may require the Product to serve temporarily as line fill, until a line displacement can be arranged. Customer shall provide its pro-rata share of line fill in the Facility based on Customer’s use of the Facility. Some of Customer’s pro-rata share of line fill may be pushed into a third party’s tank and a third party’s line fill may be pushed into Customer’s tanks. Any Customer line fill in the Facility will be subject to the Loss Allowance. Upon termination of this Agreement, by transfer between tanks or push of a line fill of fungible third party product, Operator will redeliver to Customer the quantity delivered by Customer to Operator, except as the Loss Allowance and the Minimum Inventory tank heels (which Customer is obligated to sell or dispose, and Operator is not obligated to redeliver, pursuant to Section 31.2 of the GTCs) may otherwise allow.
