LOCAL 170 DRIVE Fund. The Employer agrees to deduct from the paycheck of all employees who submit authorization cards and are covered by this Agreement voluntary contributions to Local 170 DRIVE Fund. Local 170 DRIVE Fund shall notify the Employer of the amounts designated by each contributing employee that are to be deducted from his/her paycheck on a weekly basis for all weeks worked. The phrase “weeks worked” excludes any week other than a week I which the employee earned a wage. On a monthly basis the Employer will transmit the total amount deducted along with the name of each employee on whose behalf a deduction is made, the employee’s social security number and the amount deducted from the employee’s paycheck as outlined in the attached Local 170 DRIVE information sheet to Local 170 DRIVE Fund, 000 xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, Xx. 00000. No such authorization shall be recognized if in violation of State or Federal Laws. No deductions shall be made which is prohibited by applicable law. Administrators who observe teachers and are not the direct supervisor of the teacher (their Department Chair) will use the Outside Observation Form.   • Deposits into Escrow Account The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account:

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • Student Tuition Recovery Fund “The State of California established the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution, who is or was a California resident while enrolled, or was enrolled in a residency program, if the student enrolled in the institution, prepaid tuition, and suffered an economic loss. Unless relieved of the obligation to do so, you must pay the state-imposed assessment for the STRF, or it must be paid on your behalf, if you are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all or part of your tuition. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”

  • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.

  • Basic Life Insurance 37.1 The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium of the basic life insurance plan.

  • Escrow Account 31.1.1 The Concessionaire shall, prior to the Appointed Date, open and establish an Escrow Account with a Bank (the “Escrow Bank”) in accordance with this Agreement read with the Escrow Agreement.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.
