Market Review. The County shall conduct periodic market reviews of classifications to ensure that the salaries are remaining competitive with the labor market. HR will identify those classifications scheduled for market review. HR shall follow the Thurston County Compensation Methods and Procedures adopted May 16, 2005, gather and analyze the data, and formulate a salary recommendation.
Market Review. Where the Review Method for any Review Date is a Market Review, then the Rent must be reviewed to the Current Market Rent.
Market Review. 2.1 On each review date the rent will become the market rent on that review date. The effect of this paragraph is that the market rent could be less than the rent at a review date. Therefore on a review date the rent is capable of being reviewed on an “upwards” and “downwards” basis.
2.2 If after the start date we agree with you that you are no longer obliged to purchase specified products from us or our nominated suppliers (in addition to any release in paragraph 3.1 of Section 10) then paragraph 2.1 of this Section will not apply. If this is the case: • on each review date the rent will be the greater of the rent payable immediately prior to the review date and the market rent; and • the provisions of this paragraph will apply with effect from the date on which you are released from your purchasing obligations under this agreement.]
Market Review. A rent review based on market rent will establish the current market rent for the Land by agreement between the Parties and failing agreement, will be determined in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) The Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the amount that it reasonably considers is the current market rent for the Land.
(b) If the Tenant does not dispute the amount notified, that amount becomes the Rent.
(c) If the Tenant disputes the current market rent as notified by the Landlord, it must notify the Landlord of that dispute (Dispute Notice) within 14 days after receiving the Tenant’s notification. The Tenant must comply with this time limit to dispute the notified amount.
(d) If the Tenant gives a Dispute Notice, then the current market rent for the Land will be determined at the expense of the Tenant by the Valuer General or a suitably qualified and experienced valuer licensed under the Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978 (Valuer), to be appointed, at the request of either Party, by the President for the time being of the Australian Property Institute (Western Australian Division) (or if such body no longer exists, such other body which is then substantially performing the functions performed at the Commencement Date by that Institute).
(e) The Valuer General or the Valuer (as the case may be) will act as an expert and not as an arbitrator and his or her decision will be final and binding on the Parties. The Parties will be entitled to make submissions to the Valuer General or the Valuer.
(f) In this clause, “current market rent” means the rent obtainable for the Land in a free and open market on the basis that the Land is unoccupied and offered for rental for a use for which the Land is permitted pursuant to this Lease and on the same terms and conditions contained in this Lease, BUT will not include:

Market Review. (a) If “Market Review” appears next to a Review Date, the Lessor may give the Lessee a Lessor’s Assessment no more than 6 months before (and at any time after) the Review Date.
(b) The amount stated in the Lessor’s Assessment is the Rent to be paid from the Review Date unless the Lessee gives the Lessor notice that it does not agree with the amount (Dispute Notice) within 21 days of the Lessor giving a Lessor’s Assessment (or any longer period agreed between the parties in writing). Time is of the essence in this clause 4.8(b).
Market Review. 1.1 The Parties acknowledge that the contracts in respect of the Landfill Service are entered into as sub-contracts to the Operating Contract. The Contractor shall procure that the Operating Contractor undertakes a market review (the “Market Review Exercise”) at the Contractor’s cost at least one hundred and twenty
Market Review. 12 A finding by the EMS Administrative Board, after 13 review of other high performance EMS systems, that reopening competition for the 14 contract would not likely result in substantial cost savings or service improvements in 15 comparison to costs and service levels of other high performance EMS systems.
Market Review. 21.1 The TAC agrees to, where possible, complete its market rate review of all job groups covered by the Agreement prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.
21.2 In undertaking the market review of job groups covered by the Agreement the TAC will inform employees and the CPSU when the reviews are occurring and relevant information as to the review process.
Market Review. 4.6.1 If “Market Review” appears next to a Review Date, the Licensor may give the Licensee a Licensor’s Assessment no more than 6 months before (and at any time after) the Review Date.
4.6.2 The amount stated in the Licensor’s Assessment is the Licence Fee to be paid from the Review Date unless the Licensee gives the Licensor written notice that it does not agree with the amount (Dispute Notice) within 15 Business Days (or any other period agreed between the parties in writing) of the Licensor giving a Licensor’s Assessment to the Licensee.
