Master Work Schedule. Each Employer shall develop a master work schedule of off-duty and on-duty days and shifts. Each regular employee shall be assigned to a place on the master work schedule. The Employer shall make every effort not to change the place of an employee on a master work schedule.

Master Work Schedule. When a new master work schedule is being developed, the Em- ployer shall, wherever possible, develop an equitable master work schedule of off-duty and on-duty days and shifts. Each regular em- ployee shall be assigned to a place on the master work schedule. The Employer shall make every effort not to change the place of an employee on a master work schedule.

B) Work schedules, whenever possible, shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and employees at the local level. C) Each regular employee shall be assigned to a line on the master work schedule which shall be made available by the Employer. D) Where the Employer plans to implement a significant change in the shift schedule of regular employees, the change may be provided that: i) The change is consistent with the operational requirements and the provisions of the Collective Agreement and is not capricious, arbitrary, discriminatory or in bad faith: and ii) The Employer has inquired into and given prior due consideration to the importance placed by the affected employee(s) on the existing hours of work, days off and work area; and the impact the changes will have on the personal circumstances of such employees.

Where the parties have not been able to mutually agree on a proposed work schedule(s) within thirty (30) days of the presentation of the proposed changed work schedule(s), the Employer shall have the right to implement a schedule.
Master Work Schedule. A Master Work Schedule will be posted at the beginning of each calendar year detailing the intended normal hours of work for employees for that year. If the Master Work Schedule is to be changed, notice will be posted a minimum of twenty-five (25) calendar days in advance of such change. This notice period may be waived where it is necessary to replace regular shift crew complement. In such cases, premium rates shall be paid for regular shifts from Monday to Friday until seven (7) calendar days notice has elapsed. Regular shifts on Saturday or Sunday shall be paid at straight time plus one hour of extra pay at straight time for each hour worked until the twenty-five calendar days have elapsed.
Master Work Schedule. (a) The Employer shall provide a copy of the clinic plan to the Local. (b) The Employer shall develop a master work schedule based upon the clinic plan. The master work schedule shall be developed for a minimum of six (6) month increments and shall be shared with the Local no later than thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the posting requirement identified in 9.06 (c). At this stage the schedule shall identify the location where the work is to be done, the assignment and the time when each shift begins and ends. (c) The work schedule identified in 9.06 (b) above shall be posted eighty four (84) calendar days in advance of the actual week being worked. (d) The master work schedule shall be mutually satisfactory to the Local and the Employer. “Mutually Satisfactory” shall mean that the master work schedule is in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
Master Work Schedule. The Employer agrees in the event of a change to the Master Schedule, the Employer will meet with the Union Executive Committee to discuss any changes and in the event of any changes will provide a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice to the Union.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.
