Medical and Other Insurance. The Employee will be entitled to participate in the Company medical insurance plan and other insurance plans from time to time subject to the provisions of the company’s insurance plans in effect at the time.

Service rights and freedoms of a civil servant may only be limited by the federal legislation, and then only to the extent necessary to protect the constitutional system, good morals, health, rights and legitimate interests of other individuals, and ensuring national defence capabilities and state security. 15
