Service No. 4: Communications Description: Produce graphics; Develop and implement marketing, branding, and/or social media campaigns; produce and maintain websites for the engagement process; social media campaigns; translate documents into Spanish, Vietnamese, and other languages as needed; and other related tasks. Service No. 5: Event planning Description: Identify and secure meeting venues; plan and implement meeting logistics such as audio/visual, refreshments, accessibility, and vendor coordination; coordinate with professional interpreters; plan and implement virtual or hybrid meeting logistics; and other related tasks.
Meeting facilitation. The Center will facilitate four meetings of the Coastal Stakeholder Advisory Body. The Center will facilitate discussions of the advisory body and will utilize structured approaches, so as to help the participants communicate effectively, explore important issues and develop a set of action steps. The Center will assist the group in seeking consensus, so that the group has a strong basis for future action. Meeting summaries will be developed and distributed by the Center. A follow up meeting to discuss decisions, tasks and/or action items (via phone conference) with the Center, subgroup and Ecology will occur within two weeks after meetings. Administrative Duties. The Center will provide project management and administrative support, ensuring prompt and clear communication with involved parties, and that project elements are performed on schedule and result in expected deliverables. Support includes coordinating and scheduling of meetings, note taking, producing and distributing meeting summaries, and tracking of decisions and action items. The Center will also organize arrangements regarding meeting venue, food, and rentals. Scope of WorkPart B This proposal responds to Ecology and the WCMAC request for the Center to continue serving as the neutral convener of the WCMAC. The tasks and budget outlined below are for facilitation and coordination services to support the WCMAC and Ecology in conducting three meetings during January 1, 2013 – June 30, 2013. It is important to emphasize that this proposal is based on the Center’s current understanding of and assumptions about Ecology and the WCMAC needs and interests, based on meetings and conversations to date. The Center can modify this proposal if those understandings or assumptions are incorrect or incomplete. Subject to the availability of funding and the execution of a standard IAA which defines the level of activity preferred, the Center will provide the following services:

Reimbursable Expenses Consultant reimbursable expenses will be charged as follows: ▪ Mileage at Federal rate $0.625/mile for Project Manager. ▪ CM and Inspection vehicles for a duration of 22 months at $1,000 per month each. Subconsultant expenses are included in the cost shown in the fee schedule.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.
