Mobilization Phase. The contractor shall implement the mobilization plan that was submitted with their proposal to start up operations and be fully operational to meet the requirements of the PWS not later than sixty (60) days from contract award and prior to the commencement of training. During this mobilization period, the contractor shall:  Implement a mobilization plan that ensures the contractor shall achieve all requirements within the sixty (60) day mobilization period. The contractor shall provide master copies of the mobilization plan to the CENSECFOR DOT and CENSECFOR COR, and will provide the respective TM/TA with a timeline of events as they apply to the training location. The accomplishment of this plan requires close coordination between the contractor and all Government representatives to ensure that all tasks are accomplished prior to the performance start date.  Create an Instructor Training Jacket (ITJ) for each prospective instructor using the format prescribed in Section 5-2 of this PWS, ensuring that appropriate documentation has been provided for all of the prerequisites contained in section 4 and 5. The ITJs must be ready for review and verification by respective TM/TA at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of training.  Actively engage prospective instructors in the CUIT certification process described in section 5-2.1 of this PWS. The respective TM/TA shall coordinate with the Contract Site Lead as to which courses/lesson topics to be targeted.  Ensure that the appropriate background investigations as required per section 9-4 of this PWS have been completed, and if not, ensure that the necessary documentation is completed and submitted prior to the end of the mobilization period. Inability to satisfactorily complete a background investigation is considered disqualifying for any instructor candidate. The contractor shall ensure that all prospective instructors obtain all appropriate identification cards during the mobilization period.  In the event that the contractor plans on hiring incumbent instructors, the contractor shall be responsible for: o Screening the background investigations for those instructors for compliance, and resolving any discrepancies identified prior to the end of the mobilization period. In the event that circumstances prohibit the ability of the contractor to rectify those issues prior to the start of employment, the contractor shall provide the CENSECFOR COR with the details associated with the deficiency as well as...

Mobilization Phase. Conditions continue to worsen requiring full-scale mitigation and preparedness activities. a. Continue discussions with local agencies regarding anticipated needs that cannot be received locally. Include as much detail as possible including anticipated equipment or personnel, hours of work needed, anticipated costs, etc. b. Review procedures for initiating mutual aid requests through the Washington Mutual Aid System or Omnibus Agreement.
Mobilization Phase. The mobilization phase incorporates the Design and Define phase of the project methodology. Activities will include but not limited to:  A “Kick-off” meeting will be scheduled within 2 weeks after Contract Award Notice. During this meeting workshops will be scheduled to develop business needs and scenarios.  Site surveys will commence and are expected to be completed within 45 days of Contract Award Notice.  Upon completion of site surveys, NMAAI will place initial hardware order(s) with Itron, with typically a 6 to 8 week lead time for delivery.

  • Schematic Design Phase 1.2.1 Based on the mutually agreed upon Program of Requirements, Amount Available for the Construction Contract and the Project Schedule, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare sufficient alternative approaches utilizing BIM for design and construction of the Project to satisfy Owner’s project requirements and shall, at completion of this phase, submit Schematic Design Documents derived from the model in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, “Facility Design Guidelines” and any additional requirements set forth in Article 15. The Architect/Engineer shall review alternative approaches to design and construction for the Project as they are being modeled at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by the Owner within the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner. 1.2.2 Architect/Engineer shall provide all services necessary to perform the services of this phase (preparation of model(s), relevant data, decision support model views and Schematic Design Documents) including, without limitation, unless otherwise approved by Owner, the preparation and prompt delivery of all items specified in the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. 1.2.3 Architect/Engineer shall work closely with Owner in preparation of schematic drawings and shall specifically conform to Owner’s requirements regarding aesthetic design issues. 1.2.4 The Architect/Engineer shall review the Estimated Construction Cost prepared by the Construction Manager, and shall provide written comments. 1.2.5 Before proceeding into the Design Development Phase, the Architect/Engineer shall obtain Owner’s written acceptance of the Schematic Design documents and approval of the Architect/Engineer’s preliminary Estimated Construction Cost and schedule. 1.2.6 The Architect/Engineer shall participate in a final review of the Schematic Design Documents and model(s) with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. Prior to the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, the Architect/Engineer shall incorporate such changes as are necessary to satisfy the Owner’s review comments, any of which may be appealed for good cause.
