Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting. 12.1 The Grant Recipient shall monitor the delivery and success of the Project throughout the Grant Period to ensure that its aims and objectives are being met and that this agreement is being adhered to.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting. Arrangements The PMU at the Directorate of Industries will establish a program performance monitoring system (PPMS) acceptable to ADB within 3 months of the effectiveness of the first loan under the Facility and under each succeeding loan in accordance with the Investment Program and individual project performance indicators including those in the Design and Monitoring Framework (Schedule 2). The State will ensure that sufficient counterpart funds are available from its budget for each fiscal year, in a timely manner, for the efficient implementation of the Projects under the Facility. • Subproject selection. All subprojects therein are selected and processed for approval, the criteria and procedures included under Schedule 4 of this FFA, as agreeable to ADB, India and the State. The State will post the criteria for subproject selection and details of sanctioned contracts/subprojects on the State’s Investment Program office bulletin board and its website. • Safeguards. The projects under the Facility will be carried out in accordance with safeguard policies of ADB; and the Indigenous Peoples Development Framework, Resettlement Framework, and Environmental Assessment and Review Framework and India’s and State laws as applicable to the Facility.
