Moving Day. When an Employee, who has worked at the University for at least one year, physically moves his/her household to a new residence, one moving Day with full salary and benefits shall be granted.
Moving Day. One (1) day per school year shall be allowed for moving from a personal principal residence, but it shall not apply to an Employee who has submitted their resignation. The day allowed shall be the day of the move.
Moving Day a) A Member will be granted a paid leave of up to one (1) day per year to move the Member’s household.
b) The Member will request approval for this type of leave from the Xxxx, the University Librarian, or designate. The Member should then submit an approved Leave Request Form to Payroll.

This day will have a deduction from the teacher’s cumulative sick leave bank, or if there are no days remaining in the bank, the day will be approved as unpaid.
