Multi-Family. The term multi-family shall refer to all residential dwelling units of more than one (1) unit considered to be condominiums, apartment houses or grouped housing.

Multi-Family includes all apartment projects and residential dwelling containing three or more units designed and intended for occupancy by a single family.
Multi-Family. The portion of the Property designated as Multi-Family will consist of a maximum 348 multi-family attached dwelling units. These buildings will be a mixture of two (2) and three (3) stories. The two-story building shall be no more than 24 feet in height and the three-story building shall be no more than 36 feet in height. The Multi-Family buildings shall be no closer than 424 feet from the Eastern property line and 420 feet from the Northern property line. The multi-family dwelling units may be developed for either fee simple, condominium, or apartment rental form of ownership. Supplemental performance standards for these units shall be as set forth in Section 7. The LDC applicable to MFR-1 shall regulate development or performance standards not identified in this MPD Agreement-Development Agreement. The residential common area improvements will be maintained and managed under one or more property owner’s associations. If more than one property owner’s association is created on the Property, a Master Association will be created. The development plan for Palm Coast 145 is generally outlined below and depicted on the MPD Conceptual Master Plan which is attached as Exhibit "B" hereto (the "Master Plan"). The Master Plan contains a level of detail satisfactory to permit the Subject Property to proceed directly to preliminary plat. Site Plans may be submitted simultaneously with preliminary plat(s) subject to review approval as provided for in the LDC. If the portion of the Property designated as Multi Family is developed for rental apartments then the following rules and restrictions shall apply: The development will incorporate Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) strategies. Members of local fire departments and officers of local law enforcement agencies shall receive a 20% discount off the rental rates for the apartments. There shall be on-site property management offices, which shall be open no less than six (6) days per week during normal business hours. Only entire apartment units shall be rented to tenants. No individual rooms in any apartment unit will be rented separately.
Multi-Family. Recycling Implement collection program & provide educational and promotional information to multifamily residents
Multi-Family. 1. The Multi-Family portion of the Property may be developed and/or leased or sold as a single parcel or as multiple parcels and platting is not required.
Multi-Family. An appropriate Yard Waste Collection and Storage container(s) shall be provided for use at each Multi-family complex that meets the space restraints and Collection needs of the respective complex and the residents therein. Unless Republic obtains City's prior written approval, Republic shall not change the current method of source separated Collection at Residential or Commercial locations for Green Waste.
Multi-Family. Any Residential Premises, other than a Single-Family Premises, 281 with three (3) or more units used for Residential purposes irrespective of whether residence 282 therein is transient, temporary, or permanent. Multi-Family Premises include tri-plexes, 283 condominiums, townhouse complexes, mobile home parks, and cooperative apartments with 284 three (3) or more units, which receive centralized Collection service for all units on the Premises 285 which are billed to one (1) Customer at one (1) address or individual Collection service in which 286 each unit is billed as a separately Customer. If Multi-Family Premises are co-located with or 287 attached to Commercial Premises, Multi-Family Premises shall receive the Recyclable Materials 288 Collection services described for Multi-Family Premises. 289
Multi-Family. Bin Customers subscribing to either Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, or Garbage service in 3-cubic yard or smaller Containers, regardless of service frequency, shall have the option to select an equivalent level of Collection service for a second material type (either Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, or Garbage) included in the Rate for that Service Level. Customers requiring Collection of the remaining material type may separately subscribe with CONTRACTOR for such service. For example, under this Section, Customers may select between the following: • Customer subscribes to 3-cubic yard or smaller Container for Recyclable Materials, receives an equivalent level of Organic Materials Collection service at no additional charge, and separately subscribes to Garbage Collection service; • Customer subscribes to 3-cubic yard or smaller Container for Recyclable Materials, receives an equivalent level of Garbage Collection service at no additional charge, and separately subscribes to Organic Materials Collection service; EXHIBIT G5 APPROVED SUBCONTRACTORS In accordance with Section 3.3 of the Agreement, the DISTRICT has approved the following Subcontractors to manage the specified services and otherwise assist the CONTRACTOR in the performance of the requirements of this Agreement. Multi-Family. ComEd’s annual budget for IE multi-family vs. IE single- family buildings is designed to achieve savings from each building type approximately proportional to the cost-effective lifetime savings potential in each building type. ComEd will spend a minimum of $32 million per year, on average over the four-year Plan Period, on IE multi-family whole building weatherization programs. See Table 1 above for programs and program elements that qualify toward this commitment.
