No Strike Breaking. 6.1 The Company will not assign, transfer, or require employees to go to any radio station, television station, transmitter (excluding rebroadcasting transmitter only), studio or property to perform the duties of persons at a location where a lawful strike of persons whose functions are similar to those covered by this Agreement is in progress. Nor will the Company originate a program or programs not normally fed to such facility, nor will the Company require any employee to perform the duty of other staff members engaged in a lawful strike.
No Strike Breaking. 9.1 The Employer agrees that no Employee will be required to cross a legal picket line. The Employer or the Union will not assist any Theatre or Production by performing bargaining unit work subject to a legal strike.
No Strike Breaking. In the case of lockout, strike or picket line of any union, it shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for any member of the Union to refuse to deliver goods where such a controversy is going on. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for Employees not to ship products to non-Union carriers delivering to a place where a lockout, strike or picket line exists. The participation of any Employee in any such controversy shall not interfere with his/her regular duties with the Company.
No Strike Breaking. 47.1 The Company will not assign, transfer, or require Employees to go to any radio station, television station, transmitter studio or property where a strike of Employees whose functions are similar to those covered by this Agreement is in progress, or to originate a program or programs not normally fed to such facilities, nor will the Company require any engaged Employee to perform the duties of any other Employee who is engaged in a lawful strike. This clause will not apply in those instances where the Company shares the transmission facilities with another Company whose Employees have gone on strike. In such event, the Company shall have the right to require its Employees to perform only such work as is necessary to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted transmission of the Company’s broadcasts.
No Strike Breaking. An employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to cross or refuse to cross a legal picket line and such crossing or refusal to cross shall not be considered grounds for disciplinary action by either party to this Collective Agreement. The Companywill notassign, transferor requireemployees to go to any radio station, television station, transmitter, studio or property owned or operated by a person other than the Company where a strike of any persons whose functions are similar to those covered by this Agreement is in progress.

The Corporation will not assign, transfer or require employees to go to any radio or station, transmitter, studio or property where a strike or lockout of any persons whose functions correspond to those covered by this Agreement, is In progress, or to originate a program or programs especially for such station. No Strike Breaking. Members of the bargaining unit shall not be required to handle, or assist in any work under the jurisdiction of another Union within the Corporation which is engaged in a legal strike or work stoppage. Stewards and Notification to the Corporation undertakes to notify the Corporation of the of its representatives who shall then be recognized by the Corporation as the Guild's representatives in dealings with the Corporation. The Company will not assign, transfer, or require employees in the bargaining unit to go to any radio station, television station, transmitter studios, or property owned or operated by CHUM LIMITED, or by a person or persons other than the Company, where a strike of any persons whose functions are similar to those covered by this Agreement is in progress, or to originate a program or programs expressly for the purpose of strike breaking. During any Union-Management dispute involving any of its other employees, the Company shall not require members of the Union bargaining unit to perform any of the normal routine or special duties of the employees involved in such dispute, other than those duties which are within the normal job description of the functional group of the members of the Union bargaining unit as defined in ARTICLE of this Agreement or any special duties which might normally be expected to perform from time to time.
