OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES. Reasonable space on bulletin boards in convenient locations and reasonable access to the company e-mail system will be made available to the Union for the posting of Union notices. Posting of notices and other materials, other than notices of Union meetings, appointment of Union and Union social functions, shall require the prior approval of the Employer. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Employer will make available locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Union. A designated representative of the Union may be permitted access to the Employer's premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by the Employer. Permissionto enter the premises shall in each case be obtained from the Employer and such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. The Employer shall provide the Union with the use of a photocopier for the reasonable requirements of the Local, space for a filing cabinet, and subject to availability, provide the Authority's premises for general membership meetings at no cost to the Union.

OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES. (A) Reasonable space on bulletin boards in convenient locations will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official Alliance notices. The Alliance shall endeavor to avoid requests for posting of notices which the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its Representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices related to the business affairs of the Alliance, including the names of Alliance Representatives and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the Alliance Representative wishes to use the Employer's premises to hold meetings or other such events, it must first seek of the Employer. Requests are to be made in writing and forwarded to the Director of Human Resources, who will act as the Employer's representative for this clause and who will respond approving or denying the request within hours otherwise the request is deemed to be approved. Use of the Employer's premises will not be unreasonably withheld. The Employer will also continue its present practice of making available to the Alliance specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Alliance. A duly accredited Representative of the Alliance may be permitted access to the Employer's premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by management. The Local shall insure the orderly and proper conduct of its members who attend such meetings and agrees to be responsible for leaving facilities in good order after use. Bulletin Boards Reasonable space on Bulletin Boards will be made available to the Local for the posting of official Local notices. Such boards will be placed in convenient locations as determined by the Employer. Notices or other material shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices of meetings to their members and elections, of the meetings of Local representatives or social and recreational affairs.

Such representatives may also receive Association mail addressed in care of the workplace and maintain in the workplace a file for Association correspondence.

The Union agrees that, except as provided for in this Agreement, that there will be no Union activity on the premises of the Employer except by agreement with the Employer in writing.
