OFF-SITE WORK. SECTION 1. If the Employer is required to perform work that is applicable to the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act and is outside the geographic boundaries of the NNSS, but within the territorial jurisdiction of the Union(s), the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply. However, if the applicable Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage and Fringe package is higher for that county than the applicable Wage and Fringe package in the applicable NNSS Project Labor Agreement (PLA), then the difference shall be added to the Employee’s NNSS wage.
SECTION 2. If work is performed at the NTTR, Central NNSS or Xxxxxx that is outside the geographic boundaries of the NNSS, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Employer’s “Special Provisions for Off-Site Work”, incorporated into this Agreement by reference, shall also apply to Employees performing work at these locations.
SECTION 3. If there are changes in this provision/CONUS rates, the Company is obligated to provide these changes to the Local Union(s) in a timely manner in writing. *See Off-Site Provisions in Appendix C.
OFF-SITE WORK. To the extent required by the Plans and Specifications, Borrower shall promptly commence and complete any and all off site improvements (including public streets, walks and like areas adjoining the Improvements) as and if required and provide any and all utilities and other facilities required, all in accordance with the Requirements. Unless otherwise provided for, such off site improvements shall be deemed part of the work of construction of the Improvements.
OFF-SITE WORK. 28.01 When employees are assigned work outside the premises of the plant, the Company shall provide transportation or the means of transportation to and from the off site job assignment.
OFF-SITE WORK. Hourly employee shall not perform work from home or other remote locations. Exempt employees may perform some work from home or other remote locations with the advance approval of the Library Director, however, such arrangements shall not be part of the employee’s regular schedule.
OFF-SITE WORK. To the extent required by the Plans and Specifications, Borrower shall promptly commence and complete any and all off-site improvements (including public streets, walks and like areas adjoining the Improvements) as and if required and provide any and all utilities and other facilities required, all in accordance with the requirements of all Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction thereof. Unless otherwise provided for, such off-site improvements shall be deemed part of the work of construction of the Improvements. Borrower expressly agrees to indemnify Lender and to hold it harmless against any claim of surety furnishing bond for such work to the Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, whether such claims be founded upon existing or future liability, and whether such liability be expressed or implied.
OFF-SITE WORK. The following statement represents current practice and is not an expansion of work conditions. Given the definition of professional work contained in Article 2.1 of this agreement, the University agrees it is not unreasonable to consider differing methodologies for accomplishing professional work. This may include, in some limited cases, agreements to have work produced off site utilizing appropriate technology. Each situation must be evaluated individually, and approved in accordance with established procedure.

To the extent required by the Plans and Specifications, Borrowers shall promptly commence and complete any off‑site improvements (including public streets, walks and like areas adjoining the Section N Improvements) as required and provide any utilities and other facilities required, all in accordance with Governmental Requirements. Unless otherwise provided herein or in other Loan Documents, such off‑site improvements shall be deemed part of the work of construction of the Section N Improvements. Borrowers expressly agree to indemnify Bank and to hold Bank harmless against any claim of surety furnishing a bond for such work to the Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, whether such claims be founded upon existing or future liability, and whether such liability be expressed or implied.

OFF-SITE WORK. Public improvements requiring a letter of credit from Will County will not be exempt from the City’s Letter of Credit requirements.
OFF-SITE WORK a. Any staff person assigned to deliver educational services at a location in or around a student home will receive an offsite stipend of $5 per hour for such work and reimbursement for mileage at the prevailing IRS rate for any travel between multiple work locations on a given day, but excluding initial travel from home to the first student location and travel home from the last student location.
b. Additionally, if such a staff person has a reasonable concern for their physical or professional well-being, they will inform the supervisor and no staff member will required to return to that assignment until the concerns are addressed.
c. Such work will be voluntary. No staff member will be penalized for not accepting voluntary work.
d. The Districts will assume the same liabilities for off-site work that are applicable to work on-site.
