OpenersDuring the term of this agreement there shall be openers as follows: • None During the life of this MOU, should either party desire to modify its terms or to meet and confer as to matters within the scope of representation not addressed in this Memorandum, such party shall request, in writing, to meet and confer on the item which item shall be specified in writing. Except as provided above, meet and confer on items requested using this provision, requires mutual agreement.
OpenersThis Agreement shall become effective when ratified by the parties and executed by the authorized representatives thereof and may be modified only with the mutual consent of the parties.
Openers. 1. The parties acknowledge that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties with respect to wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment are set forth in this Agreement. Modifications of this agreement, matters of common concern, wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment may be subject to negotiation during the term of this agreement only upon request and by mutual agreement of both parties. 2. In the event the Washington State Legislature passes legislation that impacts specific provision(s) of this Agreement, said provision(s) shall be reopened for negotiations. 3. The parties will negotiate salary for the 2024-25 school year in the spring/summer of 2024. 4. The parties also agree to study the ESA evaluation models and procedures during the early part of the 2023-24 school year. These evaluation model/procedures will also be bargained in the spring/summer of 2024.
OpenersThis agreement may be re-opened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the parties in writing.
Openers. Upon written notice given by the Association to the District not later than April 1, the Parties agree to exchange proposals and commence negotiations on a successor Agreement no later than Spring 2021 provided that, in the event the State Legislature passes law that creates a new program(s) that is not currently covered in this contract and if such program is also subject to local bargaining, negotiations shall be opened on such matters. Reconfiguration of secretarial positions shall be an opener in 2019 and there shall be no openers in 2020 except as stated above. OpenersThe parties agree that there will be two reopeners during the term of this agreement limited, however, to negotiations over salaries and health and welfare benefits and one article each in the 2013-14 and 2014-15 fiscal years. The September 14, 2012 Version of this 2012-2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement was ratified by the California School Employees Association Chapter 180 membership on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 and by the Palo Verde Community College District Board of Trustees on June 26, 2012 respectively, and is effective July 1, 2012.
