OPERATIONAL GROUP. 21.1 The Joint Committee may appoint such operational groups (“the Operational Group”) as it considers appropriate to;
21.1.1 consider the day to day issues concerning the Functions;
21.1.2 responsible for the Key Performance Indicators; and
21.1.3 advise the Joint Committee in the discharge of its Functions, save and except that the Joint Committee may not delegate to the Operational Group the approval of the Joint Committees budget or Annual Business Plan or the fixing of the annual contributions by the Partner Authorities and the Chief Constable.
21.2 The Operational Group will consist of members from each Partner Authority and Essex Police and its terms of reference shall be approved by the Joint Committee.
21.3 The Operational Group will exist only as an Operational Group for the purpose of providing advice to the Joint Committee. The Joint Committee will consider the advice of the Operational Group before making decisions.

Rates of Pay on Conversion to a Level with an Equal or a Higher Maximum Rate of Pay On conversion to a level under the new classification structure having an equal or a higher maximum rate of pay, the employee be paid at the same rate of pay as the rate of pay previously received. If the employee’s salary on the day prior to the classification conversion is less than the minimum of the salary range established for his new classification level, the employee’s salary shall be adjusted upward to the minimum of that new salary range.
OPERATIONAL GROUP. The Operational Group (hereinafter “OG”) is in charge of organizing and coordinating the activities of ECTP within the FAs, the AGs and the Network of NTPs (including specific activities assigned to it by the HLG such as the EUREKA umbrella EurekaBuild). The Operational Group is steered by the Secretary General and reports to him in order to ensure that the activities are carried out to implement the annual plan and the decisions of the Executive Committee. The Operational Group is composed of Members who are representatives of the FAs and AGs (agreed by the HLG) and the Network of NTPs. The Operational Group membership should be constituted by: - one representative Leader for each FA and AG (i.e. 9 Members today, but co-leaders can share this position), - the 2 coordinators of the Network of NTPs. The Secretary General chairs meetings of the Operational Group. The Operational Group may set up Working Groups as needed under the approval of the HLG.
OPERATIONAL GROUP. 8.1 Participating Councils shall form an Operational Group whose membership shall consist of officers and key volunteers concerned with the day to day delivery of the Programme. Each Council shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that officers involved in the delivery of the Programme attend the meetings of the Operational Group.
8.2 The functions of the Operational Group shall be as follows:
8.2.1 to maximise coordination between the officers and service teams of each Council in order to improve Outcomes and where possible avoid duplication of Services and Programme resources;
8.2.2 the share relevant learning and information relating to the Programme;
8.2.3 to xxxxxx and enhance team working and cohesion amongst officers across the participating Councils and other relevant providers;
8.2.4 to discuss developments in geographical areas of Programme delivery or to highlight issues relating to Refugees or Refugee Families with a view to pooling Programme resources to target specific or complex needs;
8.2.5 to highlight and address particular issues particularly problems or barriers to Service delivery;
8.2.6 to discuss and agree the implementation of SSG recommendations
8.2.7 to consider how best to achieve consistency in the delivery of the Programme across the areas of those Councils participating in the Programme.
8.3 The Programme Officer shall circulate a calendar of meetings of the Operational Group as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of completion of this Agreement by all Councils.
OPERATIONAL GROUP. The Director of Operations, the Program Manager, or their designees and the Shop Xxxxxxx or their designee, and one representative from each of the two remaining facilities to be chosen by the Union shall meet upon request, but no more frequently than two times per year to informally discuss matters of operational concern and other mutually agreeable topics of interest to enhance the delivery of quality care at the facility. All bargaining unit employees shall receive the rate of $15.00 per hour for time spent at the Operational Group. Among other things, a topic for discussion at the Operational Group level shall be the creation of a procedure for the timing and posting of the schedule.

OPERATIONAL GROUP. (a) The Operational Group shall have responsibility for the execution of the Hub plan and deliverables. The Operational Group membership is made up of members of the safeguarding Hub partnership including operational managers.
(b) The Operational Group will report to the Design Group through the chair who will also be a member of the Design Group.
OPERATIONAL GROUP actions will be recorded for each Operational Group meeting. Any additional reporting requirement shall be at the discretion of the Operational Group.
