Outreach Requirements. All bargaining unit members are required to do three (3) hours of outreach per quarter (3 months) for a total of 12 hours a year based on DCRC’s fiscal year. At least one (1) hour each quarter must devoted to providing a substantive presentation to a group of 5 more people (for example, community members, partners, or potential funders). The other two (2) hours can be satisfied by representing DCRC at a resource fair or other similar community event. Time needed for travel, planning and preparation is separate and is not included in the three (3) hour minimum. The outreach requirement is inclusive to the bargaining unit member’s job classification. Topics for the substantive trainings will include but are not limited to the following: disability rights laws (for example, the ADA, IDEA, Developmental Disabilities Services Act, the Rehabilitation Act and federal voting accessibility laws), access to transportation, access to affordable and accessible housing, principles/philosophy of independent living, hiring and management of personal care services and government benefits). The substantive topics should be related to the bargaining unit member’s job classification. Bargaining unit members will be trained on how to provide effective outreach presentations and will be given feedback by their supervisors on how they can improve their skills.
Outreach Requirements. CONTRACTOR will ensure that construction contractors at all tiers on the Project follow the A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Policies and Procedures Manual for outreach to Local and Targeted Disadvantaged Workers for potential hire onto the Project and reporting on evidence of completed outreach requirements.
Outreach Requirements. CONTRACTOR will ensure that the general contractor on the Project follows procedures outlined in the A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Policies and Procedures Manual for outreach to Local and Small Local Businesses to solicit their bids for contracting opportunities on the Project and reporting on evidence of completed outreach requirements.
Outreach Requirements. The Airport has a national market for small business participation. Lessee shall fulfill all required small business outreach requirements and submit all required outreach efforts documentation at the time of submittal AND on an annual basis. After being awarded a lease, each Lessee must conduct and document small business outreach efforts in compliance with the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program, Race- and Gender-Neutral Lease Clause and USDOT in 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26. Although there are no ACDBE or small business participation goals set for this lease, the City strongly encourages each Lessee to utilize small businesses in its response. The Small Business Outreach Efforts Forms, EO1-200 - Statement of Outreach Commitment Form, EO2-200 - Small Business Outreach Efforts and Participants List Form, and EO3-200 - Small Business Participation Commitment Form, marked in were due with the response at the time of submittal. The Lessee will be held to the Small Business Participation Commitment percentages proposed in Form EO3-200. Every year on the anniversary of the contract execution date of the Lease, the Lessee must provide the City with an updated Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP), detailing continued commitment to reaching out to ACDBEs and small businesses. The SBPP shall contain strategies to xxxxxx small business participation and information concerning the small businesses, including any changes to the initial Airport-approved SBPP (EO2-200 and EO3-200). Lessees are required to comply with Airport ACDBE Program Plan and 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26. Lessees shall track and report all ACDBE and small business participation that occurs at the Airport as a result of a lease, procurements, purchase orders, subleases, joint ventures, goods and services or other arrangements involving sub-tier participation. Such documentation must be entered monthly into the internet-based reporting program, City of Phoenix Certification & Compliance System at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Outreach Requirements. The ENGINEER will provide fact sheets, maps, data, and other project information as requested by the Mobility Authority in support of the Mobility Authority’s implementation of Rider 42 extended outreach activities.

  • Health Requirements This is an active trip that requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. To enjoy the trips as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. All Participants are expected to be in active good health, to be comfortable traveling as part of a group, and to be ready to experience cultural differences with grace. Air Journey will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that would prevent them from participating in active elements of any trip and/or could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group. Air Journey may require guests to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that they are fit to participate. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants with special needs; however, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. . Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, and are part of many excursions. If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or the use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements will be made for private touring at each destination, if necessary, at the discretion of our Journey staff. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Participant. If you would like to forego some of the scheduled sightseeing to rejuvenate and relax, please feel free to do so at any time. Acting reasonably, if Air Journey is unable to properly accommodate the need of the person(s) concerned or believes that health and safety may be compromised, Air Journey reserves the right to refuse participation. Air Journey also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour. Malaria and other diseases may be present in some of the countries featured in this itinerary; proof of yellow fever inoculation may be required. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. The participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Itinerary Changes The itinerary and Journey leaders are subject to modification and change by Air Journey. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the Journey as planned; however, should unforeseen world events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, Air Journey reserves the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group without prior notification or consultation. The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights for any particular flight leg of the Journey, that flight leg will be canceled and alternative arrangements may be made, at the discretion of Air Journey. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

  • Network Requirements (A) The Contractor shall maintain and monitor a network of appropriate Network Providers that is supported by written agreements and is sufficient to provide adequate access to all Covered Services for all Enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency or physical or mental disabilities. Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate.
