Outreach Requirements. All bargaining unit members are required to do three (3) hours of outreach per quarter (3 months) for a total of 12 hours a year based on DCRC’s fiscal year. At least one (1) hour each quarter must devoted to providing a substantive presentation to a group of 5 more people (for example, community members, partners, or potential funders). The other two (2) hours can be satisfied by representing DCRC at a resource fair or other similar community event. Time needed for travel, planning and preparation is separate and is not included in the three (3) hour minimum. The outreach requirement is inclusive to the bargaining unit member’s job classification. Topics for the substantive trainings will include but are not limited to the following: disability rights laws (for example, the ADA, IDEA, Developmental Disabilities Services Act, the Rehabilitation Act and federal voting accessibility laws), access to transportation, access to affordable and accessible housing, principles/philosophy of independent living, hiring and management of personal care services and government benefits). The substantive topics should be related to the bargaining unit member’s job classification. Bargaining unit members will be trained on how to provide effective outreach presentations and will be given feedback by their supervisors on how they can improve their skills.
Outreach Requirements. The ENGINEER will provide fact sheets, maps, data, and other project information as requested by the Mobility Authority in support of the Mobility Authority’s implementation of Rider 42 extended outreach activities.

Outreach Requirements. The Airport has a national market for small business participation. Lessee shall fulfill all required small business outreach requirements and submit all required outreach efforts documentation at the time of submittal AND on an annual basis. After being awarded a lease, each Lessee must conduct and document small business outreach efforts in compliance with the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program, Race- and Gender-Neutral Lease Clause and USDOT in 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26. Although there are no ACDBE or small business participation goals set for this lease, the City strongly encourages each Lessee to utilize small businesses in its response. The Small Business Outreach Efforts Forms, EO1-200 - Statement of Outreach Commitment Form, EO2-200 - Small Business Outreach Efforts and Participants List Form, and EO3-200 - Small Business Participation Commitment Form, marked in were due with the response at the time of submittal. The Lessee will be held to the Small Business Participation Commitment percentages proposed in Form EO3-200. Every year on the anniversary of the contract execution date of the Lease, the Lessee must provide the City with an updated Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP), detailing continued commitment to reaching out to ACDBEs and small businesses. The SBPP shall contain strategies to xxxxxx small business participation and information concerning the small businesses, including any changes to the initial Airport-approved SBPP (EO2-200 and EO3-200). Lessees are required to comply with Airport ACDBE Program Plan and 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26. Lessees shall track and report all ACDBE and small business participation that occurs at the Airport as a result of a lease, procurements, purchase orders, subleases, joint ventures, goods and services or other arrangements involving sub-tier participation. Such documentation must be entered monthly into the internet-based reporting program, City of Phoenix Certification & Compliance System at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

To report positive cases, Provider must complete the COVID-19 Online Case Report Form found at the following website: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/surveys/?s=FR7MAJAY84. A copy of the current COVID-19 Online Case Report Form is attached and incorporated into this Supplemental Scope as Attachment A. Provider must also comply with additional operational, reporting and tracing requirements established by CPS. E. As of July 13, 2020, interim guidance issued by CDPH encourages notification for every COVID-19 case.   • Network Requirements Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the applicable network environment(s) adhere to the applicable standards and requirements specified in the Documentation and are configured appropriately to its proposed use of Ordered SaaS Services.

  • Contractor Requirements The Firm shall be construed, during the entire term of this contract, to be an independent contractor. Nothing in this contract is intended to nor shall be construed to create an employer- employee relationship, or a joint venture relationship. The Firm represents that it is qualified to perform the duties to be performed under this contract and that it has, or will secure, if needed, at its own expense, applicable personnel who are qualified to perform the duties required under this contract. Such personnel shall not be deemed in any way, directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, to be employees of the District. Any person assigned by the firm to perform the services hereunder shall be the employee or a subcontractor of the Firm, who shall have the sole right to hire and discharge its employee or subcontractors.   • Customer Requirements Customer will be required to maintain complex passwords for their User accounts where applicable. For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • Subcontractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause.
