Overtime and Compensatory time disputes shall be resolved by the Appointing Authority. Overtime and compensatory time entitlements shall be approved by the Appointing Authority and should be properly recorded as to when it was earned and when it is used on a bi-weekly basis when the payroll is submitted. The records on file in the Auditor’s office will be final, unless clearly demonstrated to be in error.
