Overtime for Full time Employees shall mean all authorized time of at least fifteen
Overtime for Full. Time Nurses shall be defined as all authorized hours worked in excess of the normal or standard work day, or in excess of the normal or standard work week. The overtime rate shall be one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay.
Overtime for Full time team members
a. Full-time team members will be paid overtime rates for all hours worked outside of the rostering principles in clause 8.2, including for all hours worked:
i. in excess of 152 hours per 4-week cycle in accordance with the roster provisions of this Agreement;
ii. in excess of 19 days per 4-week cycle (for team members on a 19-start roster) or 20 days per 4-week cycle (for team members on a 20-start roster);
iii. in excess of 9 hours in one day unless the day is their permitted 11-hour day for the week;
iv. outside the span of hours in clause 6.1.a, unless worked in accordance with clause 6.1.b.
b. Clause 7.3 applies to hours worked without a 12 hour break.
Overtime for Full time Employees shall be defined as work performed in excess of the regular workdays as designated.
Overtime for Full time Employees means all workperformed: outside the Span of Ordinary Hours; or in excess of the Full-time Ordinary hours of as per clause 21 - Hours of Work.

Overtime for Full time Employees
(a) For the first two (2) hours of work over their scheduled hours of work in a two week pay-period employees will be compensated on a straight-time basis in time off, to be taken at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the employer.
(b) For all hours worked in excess of two (2) hours over their biweekly scheduled hours of work, employees will be compensated in time off, at a rate of one and one-half times the overtime worked.
Overtime for Full time Temporary Employees commences only when the full- time daily and full-time weekly hours are passed.
Overtime for Full time officers working in excess of his/her average normal workweek shall be paid for those hours at the rate of time and one half of his/her regular rate as determined by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Overtime for Full time Employees
(a) For the first two (2) hours of work over their scheduled hours of work in a week, employees will be compensated on a straight-time basis in time off, to be taken at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the employer.
(b) For all hours worked in excess of two (2) hours over their scheduled hours of work in a week, employees will be compensated in time off, at a rate of one and one-half times the overtime worked.
(c) Where positions allow an employee some flexibility in determining their own schedule, it is the employee’s responsibility, except in an emergency, to schedule their hours such that overtime is not accrued over the two-week pay period.
(d) Overtime rates shall not be paid for employee training, cross-training, or travel.
(e) For full-time employees, all time worked on a paid holiday as defined in paragraph
20.01 (a) herein shall not be considered overtime but shall be compensated for in accordance with Article 20.
