OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. To the extent deemed necessary by the Parties, Owner shall provide, at its own cost and expense, for Design-Builder’s information and use, the following, all of which Design-Builder is entitled to rely upon in performing its obligations hereunder:
3.3.1 Surveys describing the property, boundaries, topography and reference points for use during construction, including existing service and utility lines;
3.3.2 Geotechnical studies describing subsurface conditions at the Site unless Owner elects to have Design-Builder perform such studies as part of its design services;
3.3.3 Temporary and permanent easements, zoning and other requirements and encumbrances affecting land use or necessary to permit the proper design and construction of the Project;
3.3.4 To the extent available, as-built and record drawings of any existing structures at the Site;
3.3.5 To the extent available, environmental studies, reports and impact statements describing the environmental conditions, including, but not limited to, Hazardous Conditions, in existence at the Site; and
3.3.6 UW Facilities Design Standard.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. Contractor shall identify to Hastings a list of inspections and system tests required by Hastings or which, in the opinion of the Contractor, should be conducted during and after the completion of the Work. If the Contractor identifies additional inspections or testing’s, surveys or studies not previously requested or required by Hastings, the results of which, in its professional opinion, are required as a basis for a responsible and proper design, the Contractor shall so notify Hastings in writing. The Contractor acknowledges that its performance of the Work takes into account the results of all such inspections, tests, surveys, or studies, made available to Contractor and the Contractor is responsible for the accurate application of this information as it affects the Project in relation to the construction renovation, labor, purchase of materials and its installation.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. The Owner shall provide the Professional Services Consultant with adequate information concerning the Owner's requirements for the Project.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. Owner will provide a legal description of the property, access to all existing documentation, and all geotechnical or environmental impact reports, surveys, and other reports as may be required for proper performance of the Work and that are in Owner’s possession. Risk/Reward Team members may not rely upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Owner at the time of the RFP. The PMT may decide that further studies are required. The costs of such further studies will be Chargeable Costs.

.1 Survey describing the property, boundaries, general topography, including known existing service and utility lines;
.2 Easements and other requirements and encumbrances affecting land use, or necessary to permit the proper design and construction of the Project;
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. Owner shall, with reasonable promptness, provide Architect a copy of, or reasonable access to, the following information and documentation regarding the Project: Owner’s Construction, Renovation and Maintenance Activity Safety Policy dated 06/07/2021 Owner’s Rules and Regulations for Construction Owner’s HIPAA Information Architect shall maintain in effect, and shall require its Consultants to maintain in effect, at all times during the full term of the Agreement, insurance policies providing the minimum coverages and policy limits specified in this Exhibit E. Architect will comply and will require its Consultants to comply fully with all requirements of this Exhibit E prior to commencing any services for the Project.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. Owner will provide a legal description of the property, access to all existing documentation, and all geotechnical or environmental impact reports, surveys, and other reports as may be required for proper performance of the Work and that are in Owner’s possession. Risk/Reward Team Members that participated in the Joint Site Investigation may rely upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Owner to the extent that it is not contradicted by the Joint Site Investigation or any additional documents and reports provided by Owner.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. The Architect shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of any information provided to the Architect by the Owner or the Owner’s consultants. The Architect shall not review said information for accuracy or completeness.
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. 5.1 SITE INVESTIGATION PLAN The Management Group shall jointly develop a preconstruction site investigation plan identifying additional needed preconstruction information and investigations at or concerning the site. The Management Group shall also identify in writing any apparent deficiencies or discrepancies in the information Owner provides. As part of this process, the Designer and Constructor shall describe and advise Owner of additional investigations or information reasonably required to prepare the Construction Documents.
5.2 OWNER INFORMATION Preconstruction information to be provided by the Owner should include:
5.2.1 information describing the physical characteristics of the site, including surveys, site evaluations, legal descriptions, data or drawings depicting existing conditions, subsurface conditions and environmental studies, reports and investigations;
5.2.2 tests, inspections and other reports dealing with environmental matters, Hazardous Material and other existing conditions, including structural, mechanical and chemical tests, required by the Management Group or by law; and
5.2.3 any other information or services requested in writing by the Management Group which are relevant to the planning, design and construction of the Project.
5.2.4 Budget information regarding the Project for design, construction and Owner-provided items. The Management Group shall jointly manage the budget to further the Project objectives. The information required shall be provided in a timely manner and in reasonable detail. Legal descriptions shall include easements, title restrictions, boundaries, and zoning restrictions. Worksite descriptions shall include existing buildings and other construction and all other pertinent site conditions. Adjacent property descriptions shall include structures, streets, sidewalks, alleys, and other features relevant to the Work. Utility details shall include available services, lines at the Worksite and adjacent thereto and connection points. The information shall include public and private information, subsurface information, grades, contours, and elevations, drainage data, exact locations and dimensions, and benchmarks that can be used by the Constructor in laying out the Work.
5.3 ACCESS TO PRECONSTRUCTION INFORMATION To the extent that preconstruction information exists, the Management Group shall provide prospective Project participants access to the information with reasonable promptness, and without cost or expense. ...
OWNER PROVIDED INFORMATION. A. If required for a Project and specified in the applicable the Project Agreement (PA), Owner may provide specialized studies or information needed for the Consultant’s Performance of Services.
B. Consultant must make a written recommendation to the Owner regarding the completeness or sufficiency of any such specialized study or information provided to Consultant, or the need for any information that the Consultant believes is required for the Project that is not included within Consultant’s Services.
C. If Owner provides GIS based data, Consultant agrees to execute the Nondisclosure Agreement, Exhibit G, relative to the handling, storage and disposition of such data.
