Packing/Unpacking. A. All classroom Teachers may cover all permanent fixtures and bulletin boards in their classrooms with paper. This includes shelves and bookcases. Teachers may leave enclosed and file cabinets full. Covered areas will not be cleaned. There may be circumstances when repairs, maintenance or painting will necessitate the packing of built in storage. B. Items attached to the walls above the chalkboards may remain on the walls except in the year that the building is being painted. C. Work in the classrooms may be provided by outside consultant and District 16 will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or destruction of a Teachers’ property or equipment that has not been packed and removed from the classroom. D. Teachers will be provided one half (1/2) day during the first two days of school to instructionally prepare for student arrival. District 16 will provide three early release days at the end of the year, with one reserved for packing. E. The District will make every reasonable effort to obtain additional assistance in moving boxes and packing, if such assistance is deemed necessary. Teachers who need assistance with physical packing will request assistance from the Principal. The Association and Teachers acknowledge that custodial assistance is not intended to substitute of the Teacher’s efforts to pack his/her classroom. F. The District will give notice of the year-end deadline for packing up rooms during the first week of May. Boxes and tape will be made available to staff by the District at this time. In most circumstances, rooms should be packed up by the end of the week after the last day of school. The exact day shall vary year to year. The Teacher will post a diagram of the classroom setup on the classroom door and provide a copy to the building principal during the checkout process. G. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that classrooms will be ready for unpacking two weeks in advance of the first day of Teacher attendance. If that is not possible, the District will email staff advising them of the status of rooms and when they will be ready. H. Starting August 1st the buildings will be open and rooms may be accessible. Staff should call in advance of arriving. I. Supervisors will check each room two weeks prior to the beginning of the school year and complete the “Classroom Summer Cleaning Sequence” form. Packing/Unpacking. 5.8.1 CONTRACTOR shall place designated library and file/shelf areas into library or machine carts for transport to the destination and then place them back onto shelving or other equipment in proper designated order. Files, books, and other materials are to be placed in their new location for the morning following each move or at a reasonable alternate date acceptable to the move coordinator or designated County staff member. 5.8.2 CONTRACTOR shall assist in the packing of equipment, library, and file/shelf areas, as directed by the move coordinator or designated County staff member. 5.8.3 Freestanding furniture, chairs, bookcases, etc., varies by manufacturer. It is expected that CONTRACTOR will disassemble as required (i.e., desks with returns), pack, transport, and relocate all furniture. 5.8.4 CONTRACTOR shall provide required packing materials (cartons, newsprint, bubble wrap, etc.) when requested by the move coordinator, or designated County staff member, and redistribute used materials to later move phases as appropriate. Materials not reusable are to be disposed of by the CONTRACTOR in a manner acceptable to County. 5.8.5 CONTRACTOR shall clean up and dispose of all related debris off-site at its own cost and expense at the conclusion of each move.

  • Packing 3.9.1 The tenderer shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the Contract. 3.9.2 The packing, marking, and documentation within and outside the packages shall comply strictly with such special requirements as shall be expressly provided for in the Contract

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Labelling The distributor, on behalf of the selected vendor agrees that all supplies of articles should invariably contain the following information on its label and the carton. One information should not be overlapped by any other information needed to be furnished. The label should contain : a. Name of the item as approved b. CMS Cat. No. c. Manufacturing date/Import date for the imported items. d. Expiry Date. (where applicable) e. Name & address of Registered Office of Manufacturers and place of manufacture. f. Manufacturing License Number. (where applicable for Manufactures) g. Batch Number (where applicable) h. Month and Year of supply. i. The label & Carton must invariably marked “W B. GOVT SUPPLY : NOT FOR SALE”. j. All Surgical items quoted/supplied by the tenderer must conform to IS /BIS /CE/USFDA. Pacemker must conform to CE & US FDA norms. In case of Drugs items quoted /supplied by tenderer MUST CONFORM TO IP, BP, or USP norms and N.F.I. –III specification as noted against the item(s) in catalogue as applicable. k. The MRP and Trade Name will not be allowed to be printed in any pack. This will lead to cancellation of candidature straightaway. However, for excisable products, insertion of writing of Govt MRP is allowed as per provision laid down in the order of the Central Excise dept. However, for imported item(s), MRP and Trade name may be allowed in addition to Generic name.

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.
