Parameters/Additional Employment. The Board and Association do mutually understand and agree without precedent or prejudice to any future negotiations and specifically as may be related to any consideration of extension or significant restructuring of the current work year, calendar or schedule that the following conditions of employment shall apply to the above cited portions of the current Master Agreement.

  • Casual Employment (a) A casual employee is an employee engaged as such on an hourly basis.

  • Provisional Employee Definition: An employee who has not completed a probationary period and who has not been appointed to his/her present class from an eligible list.

  • Supplemental Employment Benefit for Maternity and Parental Leave 8.5.1 Effective April 1, 2002, when on maternity or parental leave, an employee will receive a supplemental payment added to Employment Insurance benefits as follows:

  • Basic Plan All services are subject to an annual deductible of $50 per person and $100 per family. Preventive services are covered at 100%. After paying the deductible, the plan provides usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) coverage at 100% for diagnostic and restorative services, and 80% for major services. Orthodontia is not covered.

  • Essential Employees Every employee designated as “essential,” shall receive notice of such designation each year, by October 31, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 4A:6-2. Notice of such designations will also be provided to the Union.
