PARKING RULES. The use of the parking areas shall be subject to the Parking Rules and Regulations contained in Exhibit “E” attached hereto and any other reasonable, non-discriminatory rules and regulations adopted by Landlord and/or Landlord’s parking operators from time to time, including any system for controlled ingress and egress and charging visitors and invitees, with appropriate provision for validation of such charges. Tenant shall not use more parking privileges than its allotment and shall not use any parking spaces specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants of the Building or Project or for visitor parking. Tenant’s parking privileges shall be used only for parking by vehicles no larger than normally sized passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described herein, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost thereof to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable by Tenant upon demand by Landlord.
PARKING RULES. Tenant may not permit more than vehicles, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, jet skis, and boats, on the Property unless authorized by Landlord in writing. Tenant may not park or permit any person to park any vehicles in the yard. Tenant may permit vehicles to be parked only in drives, garages, designated common parking areas, or in the street if not prohibited by law or an owners’ association. Tenant may not store or permit any person to store any vehicles on or adjacent to the Property or on the street in front of the Property. In accordance with applicable state and local laws, Landlord may have towed, at Tenant’s expense: (a) any inoperative vehicle on or adjacent to the Property; (b) any vehicle parked in violation of this paragraph or any additional parking rules made part of this lease; or (c) any vehicle parked in violation of any law, local ordinance, or owners’ association rule. Tenant must promptly inform Landlord of any changes in Tenant's vehicle information (type, year, make, model, and license plate number including state) not later than 5 days after a change.
PARKING RULES car2go’s Parking Rules identify or describe the locations within each Home Area where a car2go Vehicle may be parked or a Trip ended. The Parking Rules may vary based on the applicable Home Area. car2go’s Parking Rules, as may be amended, are available at xxx.xxx0xx.xxx and/or the Official car2go App and are referred to as “Parking Rules and FAQ”.
PARKING RULES. The parking rules for the Premises are attached to this Agreement and titled as “Texas Parking Rules Addendum.”
PARKING RULES. Resident must comply with all parking rules and instructions posted by Owner. Neither Resident nor guests, invitees, licensees, family or others shall park in NO PARKING ZONES or other restricted areas. The Resident agrees to remove any unregistered, inoperable, or unauthorized vehicle from the Premises within twenty-four (24) hours when requested in writing by the Owner.
PARKING RULES. For the safety of the occupants, guests and invitees, in the Community, Lessor has designated and posted certain speed limits; Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of such speed limits. The streets and lanes are private and not public thoroughfares. Lessees may park passenger cars only on the Premises' driveway or other designated areas. Neither Lessees nor guests or invitees shall park any vehicle on another resident's space or a valid space without the express permission of the resident or Lessor, whichever is applicable. Visitors shall park in the designated guest or visitor parking areas or in their host's drive if space is available. All trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or other vehicles not used for daily transportation shall only be parked in the Community as may expressly be designated by Lessor. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. in order to be operated in the Community. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed in the Community. Lessor may, at its sole discretion, for the welfare of the occupants of the Community, restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. The operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes and other two or three wheeled motorized vehicles must be first approved in writing by Lessor.
PARKING RULES. For the safety of the employees, customers, guests and invitees, Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of any parking regulations. Lessees and employees must park behind the buildings at 407 and 000 X Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. to be operated on premise. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed on the premise. 403 EATS may, at its sole discretion, for the welfare of the customers, other Food Trucks, employees, and general operation of business, restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. 403 EATS reserves the right to approve or decline all food trucks based on appearance.
PARKING RULES. The following parking rules and regulations ("Parking Rules") shall be in effect at the Project.
1. Parking areas shall be used only for parking vehicles ))0 larger than full size, passenger automobiles herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles are herein referred to as "Oversized Vehicles."
2. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked ill areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities.
3. Parking stickers, access cards or identification devices shall be the property of Landlord and be returned to Landlord by the holder thereof upon termination of the holder's parking privileges. Tenant shall pay to Landlord refundable deposits 011 such devices as reasonably established by Landlord from lime to time. Tenant will pay such replacement charge as is reasonably established by Landlord for the loss of such devices.
4. Landlord reserves the right to refuse the sale of monthly identification devices and/or parking access cards to any person or entity that willfully refuses to comply with the applicable rules, regulations, laws and/or agreements.
5. Landlord reserves the right to relocate all or a part of the parking spaces on the Property from one location on the Property to another and/or to reasonably adjacent offsite location(s), and to reasonably allocate them between compact and standard size spaces, so long as the same complies with applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.
6. Users of the parking area will obey all posted signs and park only in the areas designated for vehicle parking.
7. Unless otherwise instructed, every person using the parking area is required to park and lock his own vehicle. Landlord will not be responsible or liable to Tenant, its visitors or employees for any damage to vehicles, injury to persons or loss of property, all of which risks are assumed by the party using the parking area.
8. Parking validation, if established, will be permissible only by such method or methods as Landlord and/or its licensee may establish at rates generally applicable.
9. The Parking Facilities shall be used only for parking vehicles. The maintenance, washing, waxing or cleaning of vehicles in the parking structure or common areas of the Project is prohibited. Tenant shall have no right to install any fixtures, equipment or personal property (ot...
PARKING RULES. Tenant may not permit more than vehicles, including but not limited to
PARKING RULES. 1. Lessor does not guarantee Tenant an available parking spot. All spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If no parking spots are available, Tenant will have to park off premises.
2. Stickers must be affixed to rear window with adhesive provided, not tape. Stickers not completely and absolutely affixed to window of vehicle will be towed at owner=s expense. Partially affixed stickers are considered not affixed and will cause vehicle to be towed at owner=s expense.
3. Vehicles with tinted windows should have stickers in the front window of the vehicle. Lessor provides no warranties for reimbursement of towing and/or storage fees for vehicles with tinted windows or windows filled with items which obstruct, restrict or partially hide the view of sticker.
4. Stickers/permits must be used ONLY on the original registered vehicle. If Tenants mix-up or misapply stickers, Lessor assumes no liability for storage and/or towing fees.
5. Lessor reserves the right to limit the number of stickers depending on the particular parking circumstances of each complex. i.e., Old Orchard, Colonial East/West are allowed one (1) sticker per Tenant.
6. Lessor will charge $35.00 for missing, stolen or lost stickers. If Tenant transfers ownership of vehicle, Tenant must return original sticker for a no charge replacement sticker or pay $35.00 for a replacement sticker.
7. Cars not properly displaying stickers will be towed at the vehicle owner=s expense. Some complexes may purchase short-term temporary parking passes for $7.00 each.
8. Parking is only allowed in complex where the tenant resides. Tenants who are guests in other complexes must park in visitor parking where available or off premises.
9. Cars left inoperable in parking lot (flat tires, broke down, invalid license plates, etc.) will be towed at vehicle owner=s expense. Cars left unmoved in a parking spot for longer than seven (7) days may, at Lessor=s sole discretion, be declared abandoned and be towed.
10. There will be no maintenance of vehicles permitted on the property.
11. There is limited parking for guests. In each complex, guests are to observe parking rules and locations. If there is no designation for Guest or Visitor Parking, none is allowed on the premises. In such cases, guests must park off premises. If Guest or Visitor parking is full, guests must park off premises. At NO time will Landlord reimburse tenant or guest for towing costs.
